Excellent service. My pump quit working. I noticed it at 3pm and it was fixed by 7pm. No charge for after hours labor. Highly recommend

Awful experience is putting it lightly. Ann is exceptionally rude, Mike is a step above a conman. Gave us a reasonable verbal quote for new well pump and tank after ours unexpectedly sprung a leak. Written quote came back 60% higher, then on a subsequent phone call was raised yet another $1k. In attempts to discuss the quote figures, he repeatedly spoke over me and cut off what I was trying to ask or explain. Work was not started or completed within the timeframe quoted. Our yard and portion of concrete patio had to be excavated to remove the original pressure tank, and the job of replacing the dirt and closing up the pit they made is, to say the least, insubstantial. Water quality test results are bacteria positive after multiple shock treatments and system flushes, and despite charging us nearly $10k and touting their "five generations of experience," Mike is not willing to stand behind his work and come back to diagnose any potential system issues and re-sample without invoicing us even further. Aside from the work itself, Mike never once called me by my correct name, never called me the same (incorrect) name more than once, and at one point insisted he had spoken with my wife on the phone the night prior when in fact he had spoken to me, at length. Avoid this company at all costs.

Michael did the old well abandonment as well as connecting the new well to our basement home water supply. It was a very challenging job as we are located on a limestone hill. No matter the obstacles faced he remained honest about the difficulties and upbeat that he could finish the job. He did so in a timely and professional manner. He is a very hard and conscientious worker!

I contacted Water Wells and described my situation to a lady (don't recall her name). She informed me that they no longer service jet pumps, and the only reason they would come out is to drill a well. They had installed a previous jet pump for me 19 years ago. She was not at the office when I called, and asked if she could call back later. There was some difficulty locating my customer records, but she did give me a call back. We discussed the problems my water system was having. She stated that the problem was that the pipe from the sand point was leaking. I expressed some doubt about that, and she said "no, I'm TELLING YOU that the pipe is leaking." I felt her response was disrespectful and overly quick to diagnose a problem without first-hand inspection. I thanked her for the call back, then contacted several other well specialists. One came out to look at it and came to a different conclusion that seemed more logical--the sand point was very old and was clogged so that the pump could not draw enough water to reach cut-off pressure. Based on my conversation I would not hire Water Wells to drill the well that I will likely need in order to solve my water pressure issue.

Based on our experience, we would recommend Water Wells in a heartbeat! They were wonderfully responsive, easy to communicate with, careful to show/explain what was needed and how to maintain/test the new system, attentive to cleaning up the work area (including sweeping and washing the floor area where the older reservoir tank was situated before they installed the new tank), equipped with all the parts and equipment that they would reasonably need to use. In sum, a fantastic company!

I called Water Wells at 7:30 am and they were at my home in Columbus by 10am. They were professional and courteous. They replaced my well pump and brought my system up to code. When they finished everything I had asked them to do, I still had no water pressure. They helped me find the leak (an old frostless pump had burst and was pumping about 10 gallons a minute into the back field) and plugged it off. They were absolutely wonderful. I will hire them again if I ever need anything else with my well.

They arrived in good time and examined the problem and told us that we needed a new water filter system! The next morning they came mid morning and repositioned the pipes and installed a new water filter ! They checked everything out and made sure ,that all the existing cables and boxes were up to code and fixed all the problems!

I was really impressed that they were able to always answer their phone and they came same day to help me. They explained everything to me so I felt well informed. I have an old, complicated house and they were able to troubleshoot and save my well. I would definitely use them again. I feel the price was fair for the amount of work they did (had to come twice to finish it). I now have excellent water pressure, my pump is fixed and I have way more knowledge about the way wells work than I thought possible.

I had a Morris Head pump that had quit shortly after I bought my house in 2/2000. At the time my dad checked the well and had quotes from a couple of well service companies. He felt the cost at that time was too high and he and my brother pulled the pump and made some repairs, warning me that at some point it'd have to be replaced. Another 6 years went by and it died again. At that time the pump froze and we added heat tape and insulation outside the pump housing. A few years later my brother ended up replacing the air tank inside the house, warning me again that the pump may need replacing again. This February the pump died it's last time. I was without water for a week before I broke down and called Water Wells based on the reviews on Angie'slist. I called Water Wells Inc and they told me someone would meet me later in the day. Mike and Anne came out to inspect. There was an issue with access to the well since my back yard is fenced in completely. We ended up going in from a side street and not cutting out fenceposts and fencing. I had an option to go cheap and get by with the repair, but I am selling my house this summer and decided to make the repair once and for a long time. There was a very delicate order of things that had to happen to finish the job. I cleared the area from the street to the back yard, but there were some pieces frozen into the ground that I couldn't budge. Mike and truck took care of that. The first day of work I had my two welsh corgis on site. When the truck left that night, they closed the side gate so the dogs could not get out, something that has happened when other workers have been to my house. Before the backhoe could come in, my central air conditioner had to be drained and moved. The temperature was about 30 degrees when I called General Electric. The manager there didn't think the job could be down at that low temperature, but the technician came out that night. Within an hour and a half he had it drained and moved. The backhoe took longer to dig because the area the well is in is the north side of the house and never gets sun in the winter. But the work was completed on the day promised and I had water. I did lose some bushes and my back yard is sparse on grass but as my daughter says I have a clean slate to work with. I would thoroughly endorse this provider on the work ethic, professionalism and skill they offer.

Overall, everything went great. They made the fact that we had a no water situation a priority, which we very much appreciated.
