Brian was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Backup occurred on a Friday, he and I exchanged multiple phone calls and texts on Friday night, and they were out there on Saturday morning to remediate. His prices were competitive with other providers in the area. They extensively documented everything for insurance purposes and worked with our insurance company (which later denied our claim, meaning Brian had done a lot of extra work for nothing, but he did not complain about this. nor was it his fault). I was very impressed with the quality of service and the results, and would use this company again.
Description of Work: Cleaned basement after sewage backed up from drain in basement floor. Also removed a saturated section of carpet and drywall.
