About us

The Water Store has been serving Southeastern Wisconsin since 1974. Our water treatment and well water filtration services range from the installation and replacement of well pumps, well tanks, iron filters, water softeners, sediment filters, water heaters and sump pumps, to all of SE Wisconsin well abandonment, laterals and excavation, plumbing services, and real estate inspections. We also have an on-site water testing lab.

Description of Work: I asked them to check out my iron filter because I was getting rust on eating utensils during dishwasher use. While checking out the iron filter they said I needed a new pressure tank on my well. I did not go with it because I wasn't having problems with the pressure tank. I obtained a second opinion on the pressure tank and it was fine.

It went well and everything was done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Brought well up to current code. Put in new submersible well pump, lowered pipe from well going into house so it could not freeze in the winter, put in new water tank.

Service was timely and prompt.
Description of Work: In house installation of water softener and iron filter. We have used this company for a few years now and are very satisfied. We are contacted monthly regarding need of salt, delivery of salt or placement of salt in reservoir via email. I would recommend using this local company r/t service, convenience and price comparison.

Every interaction with this company was outstanding. I called in a panic because our well pressure tank was leaking and flooding our basement. Randy walked me through everything to do to turn it off and stop the leaking. The guy who came out to install the new tank (forgot his name) was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this company and use them again.
