Description of Work: Rick Grimord at Remax Realty 100 is acting as a Buyer's Rep for my husband and I. We met him at an Open House and unlike most agents at Open Houses he was interested in being our local expert and actually finding us a home. He took detailed information on our wants/need and sent us by email houses that we might want to see, with no pressure.
