Description of Work: Painted entire exterior of home

Description of Work: I called for an estimate after I had sent an email via Angie's List that was not returned. Jay said he could come that day. I told him I wouldn't be home. He said he was in area and would stop by anyway. I called him back later that afternoon. He said it looked like home had painting started but stopped. I told him that wasn't the case. He said colors in front and back were different including gutters. I told him they were the same front and back. I told him no painting had been done and that the colors were same front and back but it's possible the light and the fact house needed power wash were why he thought so. That answer was unacceptable. He continued to challenge my replies. He asked if I wanted gutters painted. I told him no. I simply wanted an estimate for the exterior. He implied I wanted estimate without gutters so that I could compare to other estimates. He said he'd get back to me in a few days. This was September 10th. Never heard back from him. After the last phone call I questioned why I would want to work with a guy who questions my integrity and honesty so strongly over something like the color of existing paint on house. Chalked it up to the guy having a bad day and moved on.

Description of Work: They painted the majority of the inside of my home. The guys were great to work with, and did an amazing job! My satisfaction was their priority, and we all know how rare that is. I will be calling Jay for my next job.
