Called Drains R Us for an appointment and they were able to come out just a few hours later. I was quoted an estimate before they got here and the cost was CONSIDERABLY LESS than the quote. Bill and Nick were here maybe 15 minutes and were very polite and professional. My kitchen faucet fixture had come disconnected and there was no way I could see under the sink to determine what needed tightening. SO glad that now I finally have found a plumbing company that I can trust and rely on to do consistent, quality work at a reasonable price! I'm on a fixed income so it's important to me to utilize quality, reliable companies. I would give Drains R Us 20 stars if I could! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks, guys!

I purchased an old home that had a mess for plumbing. I knew it was going to be a big job. The contractor I had would not touch it. This company contacted me immediately, came in and gave me a reasonable estimate. Mike completed the job in one day. He was great! I highly recommend Drains R Us for plumbing repairs.

Came on Saturday. Leak in bathroom. Found problem right away. Good value.

They came and gave us an estimate, they did a lot of work. Replaced hot water heater, 2 toilets, 2 water shut offs in bathrooms, replaced a faucet, and replaced a pipe that had rusted through under a bathroom sink . They cleaned up as they finished each project.. very pleased.

Unprofessional. Charged extra for materials they had to buy because of their mistake.

They are a decent value. They unplugged the drain but didn't fix the leaky shower knobs (actually made them worse), and quoted an extremely expensive fix on something that I didn't even know was wrong. I would get other quotes before I believed their price.

Very personable. Answered our questions. Fixed what was asked of them but did put the hot and cold on the wrong sides when installing the kitchen faucet.
