I called John's Plumbing to do some work for us in closing our cabin up. They were great and set up the appointment and were very quick to respond to our request. I didn't know my husband called up another company and this second company made it out there to do the work before I realized it so I ended up canceling on John's Plumbing. However, I would most definitely use John's in the future as they were very courteous, amenable to our schedule, fair priced and knew the area well.

This is the second time we have hired John Dickson for work. The work he has competed has been fine. The quality of work is good. He is responsive in talking to us with the options in what we can have done as well as any alternatives.

I have used them for 12 years. They do excellent work. They do what they say. They are prompt. They are on time. I would use them again in the future.

John is wonderful. He paid so many visits to my home to try to save the old dinosaur boiler we had. He would even come out the same day I called him to be sure we had heat. He was at my home one evening until 7:00! The poor boiler couldn't be saved and needed to be replaced. When he did replace the boiler, he only charged us for the parts that stayed with the new boiler, not for any of the parts he replaced on the old while trying to fix it. He was polite, explained everything he was doing and why, and he left my basement cleaner then when he came in! John has all of our future business and I feel confident referring him to friends and family. I will never use another plumber.
