Strand's On the Floor

They are great! We had a problem with the grout and they were out there fixing it. They gave us a lot of ideas of things we could do. I would definitely recommend them. They are helpful, they are eager to please, and eager to do a good job.

Just for convenience, I have usually made my flooring purchases from the big orange box store. Increasingly, I have found fewer options and sometimes an un-staffed floor covering department. I decided to check out buying local and was surprised by the pricing (very similar to the big guys) was was very pleased with the service and speed of installation. I'll certainly use Stands again and will think twice when assuming that big home centers always have the best price.

The carpet in the home we bought was an awful turquoise throughout. Owner came to the home to measure - difficult task, since no room was actually square - all angles. Knowing that we were on a tight budget, she offered several alternatives. We took her suggestions and are very happy with the outcome. We still have a few projects to do, and Strand's will definitely do the work.

Excellent company ! I have used the services and products of Strand's On The Floor for years. Good variety of product both tile and carpet; tile being vinyl or the like and carpets galore. Strand's On The Floor are professional and polite. A company unlike any other, in a positive way, whereby their consultative comments are helpful and they're hands-on service is exemplary. I know my comments may seem over-the-top but that's what Strand's On The Floor is. Give them a try ! Strands, Bob & Eydie, also have have a lighting store, kitchen & bathroom cabinetry, and bathroom accessories via their Bluff Ridge Marketplace complex. You'll be pleasantly surprised with what they and their stores, service, etc. can provide. I've been pleased with them all these years and am a returning customer to them.
