Generac - Whitewater

After my generator become defective, I have been unable to get a response from Generac on how to have the generator serviced/repaired. This includes sending a certified letter and emails to Generac's CEO, Aaron Jagdseld. I have also called a Generac Supervisor, Meghan Szydel, at least six times and have only received two call backs. In the first callback Meghan left a message for me where she incorrectly stated that my purchased generator was out of warranty. In the second phone message, Meghan apologized for misinforming me because the warranty was active on my generator. Since this second message, I am unable to contact with Meghan because she does not pick up her phone when I call. I want Generac to replace my generator but I am at a loss on how to get the company to help me before my generator's warranty expires in 2014.
