+ -1 moreI had recently purchased a home that was required to have a whole home nitrate system installed. The installation was paid for through the bank whom owned the home prior to my purchasing it. Due to the installation having been done prior to closing I was not given any verbal care instructions by the installer but was provided with the appropriate manuals. I called to see if I could have a service person come out to the house to give me a brief overview of how to maintain the system and received a reply within a timely manner and the service person who came out was the same gentleman who installed the system. All questions were answered in a professional manner and any further questions have been addressed in a timely manner as well. The gentleman who was handling my loan was so impressed with the company and their promptness as well as the reasonable costs that he stated his company is now going to use Dalee Water Conditioning as their 'go to' people for any further water issues they may run into in the future.
Description of Work: Reviewed the whole home nitrate system and water softner instructions and extended care needs.

water softeners, equipment rentals
+ 0 moreI rent an iron filter from them for the last 4 years and have had very good performance from the equipment and the service personnel. They regularly service the filter to keep in working properly. I also just rented a water softener last year with an option to bye after three years rental. Rental cost applied to purchase. The system is great and again the service provided was outstanding. They just started automatic deposit for retail each month which makes it very convenient
Description of Work: Installed a rental Iron filter, in 2006. They have serviced it twice, for no charge, in that time period. Installed a water softener in 2010. They removed the old one, transferred the salt remaining from the old to the new, Filled with salt from the three bags included with the product plumbed in the new system to the house water system and adjusted the hardness setting after testing my water.
