Bob was extremely thorough. He arrived early and by the time I got there he had a great deal to point out to me on the outside of the house. We went through every inch and he explained everything in a way that I understood what the issue was and how serious it was. Anything I was concerned about he would address until I was satisfied that I understood the condition of the item in question. When we got to the basement the cellar bulkhead doors to the outside were supposed to be opened but were not, so he was unable to examine the stairs for me. I was very concerned about the condition of the stairs as that was the only way to get big items into the basement, the inside stairs are steep and narrow. Bob had to return in a couple of days to pick up the Radon testing equipment. By then the cellar doors had been opened, so he inspected them and emailed photos to me for no extra charge. I appreciated all the information he gave me and he was very easy to speak to and work with.
