Description of Work: Came out to the house and measured the windows for blinds; brought samples. Called when the blinds were ready (about 2 weeks) and came out to install them. The entire experience went very smoothly and we're pleased with the final product.

+ -1 moreWe purchased two rather long window shades in 2010. After 2+ years of use, the valet cord broke on Monday. (This was not totally unexpected as we were advised at time of purchase this may happen after time due to the length and weight of the one piece.) We called Schneider Window Covering on Monday and by Wednesday morning 9 am the gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't write down his name) was here and fixed it in 10 minutes - at no charge. From all of our dealings with Schneider, staff has been professional, punctual, courteous, responsive and all around pleasant to deal with. They stand by their products. And their products are well worth the money!
Description of Work: Replacement of window shade cord. They called back when they said they would and arrived when they said they would. It was fixed in less than 48 hours - at no charge. Excellent response!
