All of the people that worked on my project were polite and very knowledgeable. Everything was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Any questions I had were answered, if someone didn't know the answer they would get they answer.

I am exceptionally pleased with the quality, care, and expertise of everyone at River Valley Remodelers. From the moment that Adam Reichenbach and Alex Jackson arrived to quote our roofing project, I knew my home was in good hands. I was constantly impressed by their knowledge, insight, and attention to detail; they clearly understand what is needed not only by code but also by the Wisconsin climate and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. During the construction process, I was wowed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. We have a very large roof, an unused chimney we wanted removed, a damaged metal roof, and old shingles that had been hiding under the metal... and the entire project was done in two days. Lightning quick! I love everything about our beautiful new roof, and look forward to enjoying it for decades to come. I would highly recommend River Valley Remodelers to everyone thinking of home improvement projects and will be calling on them for all of my future projects (We're already on their list for a bathroom remodel!). Had an entry door and two windows installed. The crew was very professional and kept me informed as the work was going on. Highly recommend River Valley Remodelers. Anthony the project manager came by and made sure everything was great as well!

When they first got there the contract didn't matched the work order. We signed all the paper work and when contractor came and what was on his work order wasn't what we paid for. There's a leak and it rotted the wall and it has to be replaced and they were supposed to take out the rotten wood and replace it but they didn't and they put a new wood on top of the rotten wood. I tried reaching them and fix it and they haven't gotten back to me. I'm going to take them to court.

Anthony came down to finish the work that was unable to be completed and checked over the work done. Very very pleased with the workmanship and each workers’ work, politeness, and professionalism. Very satisfied.

From the Sales Rep Adam to the job site Forman Julio right down to the project manager Anthony they all where polite professional and honest. The sales rep Adam was honest and upfront about everything he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He also pointed out that if we went to slider windows instead of double hung windows it would save us a ton of money. I had gotten 3 quotes before choosing river valley. High end 49k from one company to the lowest 17k. I picked River Valley out of West Salem WI. They fell in the middle range of around 24k. I had 22 windows that needed to be taken out and replaced, they finished it in 1 day. Julio the job site Forman was so professional and honest about everything, he pointed out what he though might not be up to my standards and gave me options on how they could fix it, they used drop cloths to make sure nothing hit my floors, the cleaned up afterwards and made sure it was to our liking, he showed us how the windows worked and how to take the screens out and put them back in. They caused Zero damage to my siding. They cleaned the windows before they left and also offered to put all my curtains back up for us. I didn't want my old blinds so he even took them with them as well so I didn't have to get rid of them. They worked late so they could finish the job in 1 day, they took there breaks separately so 2 of them where working at all times. Anthony the project manager called me the day after to make sure everything was to my liking, he was polite and professional and he wanted to make sure the crew did their job. My advice to anyone who needs new windows don't waste your time with any other company River Valley is the way to go, you won't be disappointed and they offer financing that was 4 percent cheaper then what my bank was offering and I have a credit score of 737, and I didn't have to take out a second morgage on my home.

They offer financing which sealed the deal . Customer service was a five star in the bug above so I would definitely recommend this company to do any work in your house. Anthony and Gary were great!

River Valley and there crews(Anthony, Nate, Jason, Dayne, Matt, Cole, Paul, Robert, and Billy) did a great job. Their installers were respectful, friendly, and hard working. Work was done in a timely manner and done very well. Working on an old house brought some challenges which were addressed effectively.
