TJ was very communicative and eloquently so when explaining to me various services that I was requesting a prognosis on. I appreciated his reception of my inquisition. Despite not utilizing his services due to not purchasing the home I was seeking estimates on, I would be inclined to reach out to Lipinski Plumbing in the future.

TJ has been my plumber the last 29 years, first as he was completing his apprenticeship and then when he established his own business. I continue using TJ’s services because he is professional, very competent and likable. He returns calls in a very timely manner, and he is always punctual for appointments. He provides advice when necessary, and you can always trust that his advice is best for the homeowner.

Excellent. He is a top notch plumber. He is busy but he stills calls back and gets you scheduled. I’ve used him four times and am extremely satisfied with his work. Also an all around honest and great guy. I would recommend him to everyone.

The plumber, Mark, who did the work is very knowledgeable and personable. He did a professional job but had to come back because of mechanical problems with the truck he was provided which delayed his arrival. They cancelled the first scheduled day because of mechanical problems with the truck. The work was fine and looked great. The only problem I have with this provider is the billing. They advertise "free estimates" but hide that fee in what is termed a "look over" fee. When questioned about this fee the explanation by the owner was that he had to come 2 times to make sure that they had the proper supplies and equipment in the cube truck when they came. He did offer a 1/2 hour discount on the next bill when they came back to complete the job. I chose to complete the job with another company that truly does give free estimates. The work was good but the billing is less than professional.
