Mr. Kreibich came to our home two times. The first time we made a plan for the project. Because it was late in the growing season, it was decided that the project probably would not be completed until the spring. Everyone was fine with this. The next time Mr. Kreibich came, it was to measure. Some changes were made to the original plan. Mr. Kreibich shook hands with my husband when he left. I called Mr. Kreibich with a question (left a message). Mr. Kreibich called and left a message saying he had accepted a commercial project and so did not not have time for us.

Mr. Kreibich came for the estimate appointment within a day and was on time. He was easy to talk to and understood what I wanted to accomplish - mulching three large garden areas. He noted that the ground had sunk along the foundation on the south side of our home, a problem I was aware of but had not addressed. He included the cost of building up that area in our estimate. The estimate arrived by mail a couple of days later and we called to make a few changes. The new estimate arrived two days later. We signed and mailed it. The projected date for the work was three weeks away, but due to wet weather interfering with another job, he was able to complete the job within a week. The work was done in a quiet, efficient manner and looked great upon completion. The work crew arrived exactly on time, t cleaned up nicely and the cost was exactly as estimated. Mr Kreibich was there working with his crew and supervising.
