+ 0 moreThey never got back to us with an estimate. We called twice over the course of three weeks to get an estimate and both times were told he would call us back ASAP. Not sure why they came out and spent there time telling us what we could do and that they would take care of this, only to never get back to us and leave us hanging with a leaking boiler. Look into Pat's Heating and Air Conditioning in Oconomowoc for excellent customer service!
Description of Work: I called 3 times to schedule an appointment for our boiler that was leaking. They were finally able to come out and we talked about different things we could do and decided we wanted to take out our two boilers and put in a high efficiency. He said it would take a few days to get the estimate back to us and we said no problem. He was also going to possibly work on some kitchen and laundry room pipes as well as we are remodeling. After two weeks, we tried o give them the benefit of the doubt, I called and said the boiler leak is getting worse and we'd really like to replace unit and would like the estimate. The woman said she would talk to Jerry and he would get back to us ASAP. A few days later I called again and she said he would call me right back. Still haven't heard from him and it's been over three weeks. Would not recommend. Really disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism.

+ -1 moreLied to about pricing. Prices change after work has started. Poor customer service. Non professional employees. Try to take advantage of the customer and will find a way to get you to pay the most amount of money for the least amount of service.

+ 0 moreEmployees were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Responded very quickly. The repairman was able to visit our home within a few hours of the call and was in/out within a half an hour. I had hoped the service call was going to be a little less expensive, but I'm guessing the rate is actually pretty normal.
Description of Work: Diagnosed furnace that was failing to light. Cleaned out clogged water lines, traps and burner area.
