When we went to the store on Brown Deer Road, we dealt with a man, I don't recall his name, so Ihave listed Ashley as our contact. Both people were very helpful. They have a good display and let us bring home decent size samples to make our choice. They explained all of the costs involved. A date for measuring was set up. The rep arrived on time and was polite. On the installation date, the installers were about 30 minutes late, but I don't consider that a major inconvenience. They protected the surrounding areas and did a nice job with the installation. Only one of the installers seemed to speak English well enough to communicate. He answered all of my questions. A month or so after the install I had a problem with the bracket that held the dishwasher in place. I called and within two days a service tech came out and fixed the problem. He said if I had any problems not to hesitate to call. He was prompt and courteous. I have not had any problems since he was here the second time.

Jim came to my home the day after I contacted them. Then he helped me choose which granite he thought would look best in my kitchen and have the wow factor I was looking for. They accomodated me with appointments that fit in to MY schedule. The crew was very efficient, not leaving a mess behind. Jim's assistant then followed up immediately after install by stopping over to make sure I was completely satisfied.
