He was here two times and I thought his price was very reasonable. He had to do a little extra work to install the inside light. The technician who came out was thorough and nice to work with. I would have him come again if I needed any electrical work.

I provided the switches and Ken changed them out. He did a good quality job, and was neat with his work. I thought his price was in line with local rates. Most of the switches were three way and one was four way. The electrical boxes contained three and four switches in each, so there was a mass of wires to deal with. He spent a steady five hours on the job.

My experience with him was excellent. He had just gone into business and he was just so honest. If I wanted something to be done in a specific way, he offered me another way that was less expensive and just as good.

Ken replaced a thermostat and baseboard electric heater. Additionally, he replaced a bathroom vent/light and fixed a doorbell. He did a good job and I will use him again. All parts and components were included in the price.

I was pleased with the service. Competant and helpful service. Did a range of things and I was satisfied with the outcome of all projects. Price was just a bit higher than quoted, but probably due to my adjustments during the day. Not sure. showed up 20 minutes later than was told - which frankly is pretty good these days. Overall, I would both use Staehler Electric again and would recommend them to others.

We are very happy with the quality of Ken's work and the way he listened to what we wanted done and worked with our house to upgrade our electrical and lighting. We never felt like he was trying to push services on us that we didn't need or want. Ken was also easy to work with when it came to fitting into our schedule and work around other contractors.

Ken came out and looked at the job and then emailed me a rough quote within the week. He was very reasonably priced for the work. We scheduled the job with him a week in advance and then he came out and worked in the farmhouse basement and outside the house (by himself) installing the new meter base so that it was compliant and looked decent-some contractors we talked to wanted to install the meter base right on the front of the house instead of working with us to put it on the side of the house where it would not be an eye sore and detraction from the beauty of the cream city brick. He then completed and filed the appropriate paperwork so that we had no worries about the inspection and sent us a bill for the completed job. He was reasonable, fast and very helpful/personable. We enjoyed working with him and he was responsive to any questions I sent via email or voicemail. We would highly recommend Ken to anyone who has to have electric work done on a new or existing home.
