Prahl installed my roof around 13 years ago. Since then the ridge cap shingles have deteriorated to the point of needing to be replaced, though the the rest of the roof is fine. I called Ken and spoke with him around 6 times. He always indicated that that he would call me back to schedule a time or he would just stop by to check it out. He never called back and never stopped by. Its been two months since the last time I called him and it's now winter, so I've pretty much given up on Prahl. Prahl may be fine for the initial install, but I would not have any confidence in obtaining any follow-up work.

Prompt and efficient work.

Their quote was the best of 3. They showed up when they said the would and finished the same way. Areas covered were fascia and high gables. All matched our current condo's exterior. They also checked vents, cleaned out wasps and added screening. Workers explained the goings on and were courteous. Would definitely consider using again.

Of the ten siding contractors that I called, Ken of Prahl Siding was the only one to return my call! He was very friendly and helpful and had someone come out to my home to prepare a proposal within a day or two. They were very responsive and went out of their way to make calls on my behalf to find out the proper style and color of siding used by my original builders. I'm sure that this wasn't a very profitable job for them, but they still went out of their way to get the job done. This helped me to meet my tight timeline. I'd recommend them to anyone I know personally as well as any other member of Angie's List. I can't thank them enough for their help!
