Description of Work: Cleaned / sweeped the chimney interior. |Tuck-pointed exterior and replaced 10 bricks and mortar from the roofline up. Replaced entire surrounding cap. |Could have been a little neater. Cleanup wasn't the best. I had to wash some of the brick and do more cleanup after they left.

We were satisfied.
Description of Work: We had a leak in living room coming from a prefab chimney. We have had the problem before but never identified the problem. Owner immediately identified problem of cap that needed to be replaced. It took about two weeks between signing agreement and work getting completed which was fine. Installer did not see that he was also was supposed to clean the chimney while here, but did when we brought it to his attention. Overall, we were satisfied with this contract and installation.

VERY CLEAN AFTER THEY LEFT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR GOOD WEATHER AT ANY PERIOD TO DO WORK SAFELY ON THE ROOF. THEY CALLED ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.
Description of Work: INSPECTED CHIMNEY & CLEANED. USED FIBER OPTICS TO CHECK CHIMNEY. SHOWED ME WHAT THEY FOUND. RETURNED TO PUT CAPS ON TOP OF FLUES.

OUR SERVICEMAN CAME ON-TIME AND HE WAS COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. HE THOROUGHLY CLEANED OUR CHIMNEY WHICH WAS QUITE DIRTY AND INSPECTED THE INSIDE FOR ANY JOINT CRACKS. HE CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS MAKING SURE HE DIDN'T LEAVE ANY SOOT OR ASH ON THE HEARTH.

DID A MUCH BETTER JOB THAN A PREVIOUS COMPANY. WORKERS WERE POLITE AND THOROUGH, TOOK THEIR TIME TO DO A GOOD JOB. CLEANED UP WELL UPON COMPLETION. THEY CALLED TWO DAYS AHEAD TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLY, AND EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL TO SEE IF EARLY ARRIVAL WOULD BE CONVENIENT. VERY GOOD, WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: DANIEL THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HONEST PERSON. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT NOTHING WOULD GET SOILED WHILE CLEANING THE FLUE. ALSO SPENT EXTRA TIME ON EXPLAINING ABOUT WHAT WOOD TO BURN AND GAVE A BROCHURE ABOUT PREVENTING CHIMNEY FIRES. I WOULD WITH OUT A DOUBT HIRE HIM AGAIN, HE DID A GREAT JOB!
