+ -1 moreThey were punctual, thorough, efficient and did amazing work. The owner is responsive and explains the process well. Quickly took off and replaced blinds and valances. Truly worth every penny. We will use them again and again!

Description of Work: Judy carefully took down all eight (8) of my horizontal blinds from our home and garage, which have not been cleaned since installed in 1989! Some were small (bathroom window size), some were large (garage, bedrooms). She carefully wrapped them, took them to be ultrasonically cleaned, and then returned them and reinstalled them all, even the highest window in the two story-high garage window.

Description of Work: I had 4 blinds that needed to restrung and cleaned. Unfortunately some of the parts were discontinued and the fabric was hard to clean. It cost much more than I expected but they were 10 years old and we ran into unforeseen circumstances. They went above and beyond to try and control the costs and were very responsive.

+ -1 moreJudy is very personable & professional & her rates are very good. She even made an extra stop when in the area to take down 2 of the blinds, so I could have them repaired prior to cleaning (no charge). And everything turned out beautifully.
Description of Work: Cleaned 5 hunter Douglas silhouettes, took down, cleaned at shop, re-installed cleaned 3 fabric window "toppers" on site. These window treatments are stapled to the rods, replaced brackets for silhouettes with newer, improved brackets before re-installing.
