HANDYMAN SELECT & DIRECT

We had used Jeff before to install a door between our dining room & garage and he did a good job. We assumed we'd get the same treatment with the archway. Unfortunately, Jeff did shoddy workmanship. The tape he used on the corners is all coming up, there are cracks throughout the arch and I've had two other people out here to look at it and they both said we will need to have the entire thing ripped out and re-done (at an additional cost of $200-$300). The other handymen who were out here both agreed the workmanship was poor and very unprofessional. Additionally, Jeff never called before coming over to work on the arch, he'd just show up whenever it was convenient for him and if we weren't home, that was too bad. We will never be using Jeff again.

WE HAVE A HOUSE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE, BUT NO ENTRY FROM THE HOUSE TO THE GARAGE. WE CALLED JEFF TO INSTALL A FIRE DOOR WE HAD PURCHASED. HE MADE A HEADER FOR THE DOOR FRAME & INSTALLED THE DOOR AND DEADBOLT. HE WAS SO FAST TO RESPOND TO US, HE PURCHASED ALL THE MATERIALS (THEN GAVE US THE RECEIPTS TO REIMBURSE HIM) AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 7 HOURS! HE IS FANTASTIC AND WE HAVE HIM SCHEDULED TO DO SEVERAL OTHER JOBS AROUND OUR HOUSE.
