The installations went very well. He was efficient, clean and is personable, which makes it easy to have him working in the house.
Description of Work: Darrell replaced a faucet that wasn't working on exterior of house. He also replaced our sump pump. He s courteous, prompt and above all, he is trustworthy. We first met him about 7 years ago when he installed a kitchen sink for us. Since then, we have called him every time we've had a plumbing need. Highly recommend him!

He came right out to help us. We find him to be honest, reasonably priced, responsive and he left our house clean after the work was completed. We will definitely call him again!

I called for service at 2:30 and he scheduled for 3 the same day and arrived right on time. He checked items that needed professional verification and talked with us about a couple of concerns we had. We paid and he provided receipt on the spot. We requested a lien release and he faxed it to us within 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: After I had installed a new faucet, there was a leak from the cold water supply. Wanted to have the provider come by to check it out. Said he would call back with a time he was available, didn't hear back for 24 hours. Called again next day, still no response. Need to get it fixed, on to another plumber. I'm sure Gerritson is a great service, he was certainly very courteous on the phone...but perhaps just too busy to return calls this week.

Customer called me with faucet questions, spent a good 10 minutes with him on the phone discussing faucets that he was not going to purchase from me but from a big box store, no problem. He was going to buy one of my discount service call coupons off Angies list for the installation of faucet. He called back about a week later after he had already purchased the coupon and said he had installed faucet himself and wanted me to come out and look at it, to make sure it was OK. He made no mention of the faucet leaking. I do not make service calls to verify, or take on the liability of verifying an unqualified, unlicensed individuals plumbing installation. If he would have had the foresight to wait to buy coupon until he was sure he needed it, I wouldn't be sitting here with a C rating when every other rating I have had was an A.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher was not properly draining. It turns out the trap under the sink cracked as we investigated. He replaced the trap under the sink with parts that he had available and also cleared a clog in the aerator.

See above. I used Angie's List because we are new to Wisconsin and our network here is limited. Berritsons had good reviews and was close - Great service and company. Will use in future needs.
Description of Work: Our hot water heater (newer) stopped heating. Mr. Gerritson came out promptly and was able to fix the problem & explain what happened in less than an hour.

I have used Gerritson Plumbing several times for different jobs. My parents referred him to me because they were so happy with the work he had done, at their house. Daryl is responsive, does quality work and is reasonably priced. He is also very trustworthy. I am completely comfortable with him working at my house, while I am at work. He is very professional. He shows up on-time, is accurate with his quote and does a quality job. I am so glad I found him for my plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: I had them install a water heater, fix a broken faucet on my tub and hook up a washing machine.

Darrells response time was within an hour and had the new water heater installed in an hour and a half. cleaned everything up before he left, very happy with the job done. Will surely use them again.
