+ -1 moreDAVE WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND TOOK HIS TIME GOING OVER THE HOUSE THOROUGHLY. EVEN THOUGH WE'D BEEN RENTING THE HOUSE FOR TWO YEARS HE FOUND THINGS WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT, BUT NEEDED TO.
