Description of Work: New kitchen counter tops, island top, desk top, and small laundry room counter top. Took time explaining costs for the different counter possibilities, installation, etc. Also thoroughly explained the differences in types of materials, maintenance they would require, and durability.Staff that performed measurements and then installation very nice, personable, prompt, clean, and professional. One of the installers actually helped my daughter and me push our car out of the driveway and jump the battery. Everything was clean when they left. Three things I was less than happy with: One, we were told the L bend in the counter would be cut diagonally which would have been perfect so as not to be visible. Instead, the cut started out diagonally then curved into a straight line 18" parallel to the sink edge...irritates me as it is visible to me and magnified under our glass cutting board. Two, there are some light scratches on the inner angle of the island...I don't think anyone other than myself has noticed them. Three, we were told that since we ordered Quartz and it is man made ( also the most expensive option) that the pattern is very consistent...of course there is one small splotch that sticks out. Due to being busy with some family business and not seeing these problems right away, I did not follow up with the company and have decided to just live with it. If we ever move or redo counters again, I'll know some more questions to ask and how to evaluate the end product better!

+ -1 moreThe installers were very prompt and did excellent work. They subcontracted a plumber to uninstall the old and install the new plumbing. He too was very prompt and competent. Overall we had a great experience with Creative Counters and would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe did a great job with everything. They took away the old counter and put the new one in. They cleaned up all the mess. I get so many compliments on the color and look in my kitchen now. They even made sure I knew how to take care of the sink, disposal and the countertops afterwards.

+ -1 moreThis company is FANTASTIC!!!! They are really easy to work with and their expertise definitely shows in the fine work they do from measuring through to installation. They are always available if you have a question and they have many great design ideas if you are new to this type of counter top. And their installers are FABULOUS!!!!! Jeff Wade and Dan Mertz came to my home today to install my new granite coutner tops. They called me when they were in route which I appreciated because I took off from work to be home. Then they went out of their way to be careful in my home. I was not replacing the kitchen floor tile as part of my kitchen remodel project and Jeff and Dan put down moving mats so all the many tools they needed for the installation would not scratch the floor. Thank you Jeff and Dan! The whole installation looks perfect as they caulked the top and wall too. The finished product was completely free of any imperfections and their work area was totally clean when they were done. I really appreciated the tips Jeff gave me concerning how to keep my new counter tops looking great. This is the company you want to call when you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, they are experts!

+ -1 moreOverall we had a very positive experience with Creative Counters. The company did it all, from measuring to installation, ordering faucets and sinks and scheduling the plumber.
Description of Work: We had Creative Counters install new kitchen and bath countertops (Silestone), sinks and faucets and a custom bath vanity. We found Creative Counters to be very responsive and easy to work with. Ted, our salesperson, was always friendly, courteous and helpful in the decision making process. The few adjustments that were needed were attended to promptly and satisfactorily. We choose Creative Counters as we wanted a company that would take care of it all. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to contact them again. We highly recommend Creative Counters.

+ -1 moreTed, the general manager, and the person who took the measurements were great. We were told it would take three weeks after the final measurement to get the counters installed. I believe it was actually 23 days. We had a semi-major issue with the initial install. The installers were rude, short, arguing among themselves, created some (very minor) damage, and the sink portion of the counter top was not cut properly (this was the fabricator's fault - not Creative Counters). The mis-cut piece was resent two days later. I was grateful for the quick turnaround. I complained to Ted about the installers and he promptly gave a sincere apology and said they had a serious discussion with the installers about it. Overall I am very happy with the end result, the counters and sink fit very well and look fantastic. The three week turnaround time wasn't too pleasant, but I was told about it up front.
Description of Work: We completely renovated our kitchen by ourselves other than the counter tops. We chose quartz for it's looks, durability, and no maintenance. It's a galley kitchen and we found a surprise "addition" after removing the cabinets (approx 2 sq ft). Total square footage was about 34. We chose a more expensive color and opted to have them install the undermount skin.

+ -1 moreThis was a positive experience from beginning to end. They showed up right on time to measure and make a template, and again to install the granite. It looks great. Everyone I talked to was polite and they returned calls promptly. Highly recommended.
