Fine. No complaints.

We were stumped as to what was going on, as soon as the plumber came out, he had diagnosed the problem within minutes. We ordered a new part, and scheduled an install date 6 days later. He also pointed out that a dehumidifier we were using had a recall on it, so we immediately checked that out and he also informed us of a shortcoming in our second sump pump pump and that we would have to change it out if we were considering doing a full bath in our basement. VERY PERSONABLE! and PROFESSIONAL!

Came on time. Spent 30 mins. trying to find source of small puddle of water on basement floor. Unable to find source of leak. I was told there would be no charge due to inability to locate leak or provide any service. I was told to just and quot;watch it' and see what happened. Later found the leak was related to a hose timer outside that backed up pressure and caused a leak. Figured this out myself. Received a bill for $123.00. Called to question the bill as I was told there would be no charge and told that was an error and billed in full. So, their plumber couldn't figure it out and still charged me. Guess I will look elsewhere.

They were pretty good. They were very clear, upfront, they gave a nice quote, they didn't try to push and sell me anything and they did good work.

It was a very good experience. They were professional. They were a little bit more expensive than others, but they took care of the problem and treated it fairly.

The technician was very professional and arrived on schedule. The office also always calls ahead of time to notify you that the technician is on his way. This is a nice touch to their service. The technician was neat and cleaned up well after he finished. The service was very complete and I was satisfied.

They were prompt and reliable. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the faulty part in under 20 minutes. I did not shop areound for other price quotes, so I don't feel I can accurately rate them on price.

They offer quick and friendly service. Their prices are fair.

The person who came out was punctual and professional. He did not have the right fitting in his truck. I have an old house with old piping which was leaking and it took him a very long time to finish the job.

It went fine.

They mistakenly told us they fixed the problem. After it reoccurred again 6 days later they charged us again but with overtime this time. They didn't call us back to keep us informed on how to handle the cracked pipe. They said to televise the pipe it would take a week and that was the only way to find out the real problem. They overcharged us $500 for that service. They didn't call us back for several days, we didn't know if it would happen again so we were stuck. We found a new plumber.

THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. INITIALLY THERE WAS A PROBLEM BUT THEY RETURNED AND REDID IT TO MY SATISFACTION WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL. THEY CAME WITHIN AN HOUR. THE PIPE WAS LEAKING BADLY AND EVEN IF WE TURNED OFF THE WATER ALTOGETHER IT WOULD HAVE BEN A LOT OF DAMAGE TO OUR BASEMENT. WE PAYED A PREMIUM, BUT THE GUY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND THAT'S WHAT COUNTS.
