Requested an estimate from this contractor to investigate a leak around a window that was damaging a ceiling on the floor below. After the contractor visited and promised an estimate, I never heard from him again. If I had selected this firm to do the work, I'd still have a leak.

THEY CAME OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER (WHICH WAS BITTER COLD) AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO MY BROTHERS DOG. THEY ALLOWED THE DOG TO STAY WHERE HE WAS, BECAUSE HE WAS AN OLDER DOG WHO DID NOT WANT TO MOVE, WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THEY ADJUSTED THEIR SCHEDULE A SEVERAL MONTHS TO FIT IN WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE WORK IN NICE WEATHER IN THE FALL, BUT THEY ADJUSTED THEIR TIMING TO FIT IN WITH THE OTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 2 PELLA WINDOWS, 1 BAY WINDOW AND 5 DOORS.
