We had the windows in our house replaced--a big job about which I was a little nervous. We were changing the shape of our 90s-era half-round windows, which meant cutting a new opening and replacing both dry wall and siding. I couldn't be happier with how the job turned out: beautiful new windows, and a greatly updated look to our home. Our installer team not only replaced the cedar siding around the windows that were changed, they even took the time to replace a couple of boards that were rotted. They found water damage under our dining room window and reconstructed the supports and the sill. And they re-did an egress window in the basement that had been horribly installed by a contractor (you know the type, who wouldn't return phone calls once the project was "done") so that it's now beautiful and functional. The team arrived on time every day as scheduled, finished the project a day ahead of time, and walked us through everything they did. Hands down the best remodeling experience I've ever had.
