Everything was smooth and painless from start to finish. The crews were very friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. It looks like a new house and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type. Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!

I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the Home/Garden show. I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later. We scheduled an appointment. Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both. I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back. I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone). John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected. Both Nick and John were very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious. They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :). I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide.

No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed.

Matt Hefner (the owner) was hands on. The previous roof was gravel/ tar that was 50 years old. His crew was terrific and responsive to small issues that came up later. His scheduler ( Tina) was awesome in communicating with us about when all the different trades would be at the jobsite.

About 7 men arrived at 8 a.m., brought a trailer for the tear off shingles, worked efficiently and were finished with everything at 12:30 p.m. They cleaned everything up very well and were gone. Very efficient operation. We would use them again if their quote is competitive for whatever we might want them to do.

They were really good, no complaints.

We re-scheduled an appointment with more than 24 hours notice, and no one ever came or called. Guess they don't need our business.

After the storm window installation was complete, I noticed that they weren't latching closed and locking when completely lowered. As stated in my previous review, I was waiting for the manufacturer's service rep to come to my home and fix the problem with the latches. The rep was here on June 26th and fixed the manufacturing defect in no time. Matt at WeatherPro assured me that ProVia would stand by their product and fix the issue, which they did. I am happy and satisfied with the final outcome. I will now be asking WeatherPro Exteriors to quote additional work on my home.

Matt, the owner of WeatherPro Exteriors is always professional. He provided a quote and scope of delivery and followed through as promised. His installers did a wonderful job and were finished in no time. They too, were professional, respectful and polite. The site was all clean when they left. The installation work was of the highest quality. No issues there. My only problem is with the storm windows themselves. The latches on the windows and screens didn't operate properly, a manufacturer's defect. I informed Matt's lead installer, John, who came out immediately to see for himself, what the problem was. He agreed that there indeed was an issue and advised me that he would need to contact the distributor, which he did. After a couple of weeks, the distributor's service man stopped by, and I showed him the problem. He said that he would contact the manufacturer, because it was a manufacturer's defect. That was a month ago. Today I finally received a call from the manufacturer (ProVia) and the service manager said one of his service guys would stop by when he was in the area. He expected that to happen within another four weeks. The average cost per storm window was appx. $306 installed. Kind of expensive when you consider what a brand new complete window costs and the defect resolution that I am chasing. Ironically, I ordered just one storm window to begin with to verify color and quality. It was perfect, so I went ahead with the balance of the order (nine more windows). After they were all installed, I discovered that the nine subsequent windows were all defective. Only the first (sample) storm window, works perfect. Trying to get this resolved is taking quite some time. Seems like everyone says it's someone else's responsibility.

They were efficient & friendly

Arrived as promised in AM and by end of day we had a new roof...the area was clean...they even used the leaf blower in the garage to clean up saw dust from cutting of ridge vent. Looks great and we are satisfied with the work.

Great. The team did a wonderful job. 5 major windows were replaced in the winter including a picture window. Very professional company.

They were able to remove the old roof and put on the new roof in one day. There were some minor cleanup issues. There were some minor repair issues but every thing was resolved in the end. We'll definitely use them again for the speed and the cost.

The price was very reasonable for all the work that had to be done as each shingles had to be removed and put into a special container for asbestos. They did the work in a timely manner and followed up with some minor repairs that needed to take place post-shingling.

The crew was great! The weather was uncooperative all week, yet the guys worked as much as was safe. They were very fast and cleaned up every day. I was nervous about changing from wood to vinyl, but the house looks fantastic. I would recommend them and will have them back to do a roof later.

Rick came out and spent almost four hours. He was very professional and took all the measurements and went over everything with us. You couldn't ask for a more professional presentation. We wanted to make sure that whoever we pick, that they use their own people and do not sub-contract out. Their price may have been a little high. They were very responsive and returned calls right away. They showed up when they said they would. I would certainly have them out to give me a quote again if needed.

They were all very nice and very accommodating, but the doors they had ordered initially had hinges on the wrong side. I wanted all the doors to open the same way that they had been orientated originally. They did take care of anything. They tried to make sure that I was happy, and in the end I was.

He seemed pretty competent and like he knew the product. My one complaint is that he called an hour before he was supposed to come to say that he had been sick. I would have appreciated a little bit more notice.

The quote was extremely high. They were very prompt and courteous. Everything about them was great, except for the price.
