Rich and his team were very professional and very nice to work with. He ran into multiple issues due to the age and construction of our condo unit, yet he managed to come up with a solution to every one of them. He is well worth the high quality work he does.

An Aluminum Siding repair. Was having difficulty finding someone to do this, as most contractors do not do aluminum siding, or want to remodel instead of just repair. Rich gave me a couple of options, did not try to sell me on any additional work, and completed the work earlier than promised. The repair is fine.

Rich was the general contractor. He hired quality sub-contactors as needed. He was also very helpful in providing advice on unforseen problems that occurred as the project proceeded.

Rich Improvements,LLC did an outstanding job remodeling/updating our kitchen,baths,electric, and installing vinyl plank flooring through out. Balancing cost and quality were always at the forefront. Remodel ideas and design were on the mark, and meeting deadlines...early exceeded our expectations! Payment was straightforward, any additional costs were addressed immediately and easily agreed.
