Trevor was amazing! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and after he was done he walked us through what he had done and what we should look for in the future. His fees were reasonable too! We would definitely hire him/Nordic again.

Trevor and Ian are the absolute best!! Both are highly professional, friendly, and both of these gentlemen did not hesitate to answer our questions as needed. They thoroughly cleaned the work areas spotless as well as explained new equipment upon completion. Highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They deserve a 10!

Excellent service! Trevor was very knowledgeable and skilled in his work. He came the same day I called, and performed the inspection for free as advertised. He easily diagnosed my AC unit's problem and quickly fixed it. It was very affordable. My radiators weren't getting warm and Trevor came in and knew how to fix the problem. He knew which pipes were causing the problem and fixed it. Then he drained the air out of the radiators to make sure they kept me warm the rest of the winter. He offered advice and was kind and respectful. He was easy to talk to about my issue and personable and reasonable-- no judgement. He solved it in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable.

I have called on Nordic Air for all my heating/cooling needs. I had them do my last few houses-- full unit replacements. Highly recommend this talented team, with many years experience in helping do assessments and any add-ons to make your home more comfortable. I trust their word, because they gave me options, and allowed me to be comfortable with whatever decision was best for me, my house, and my budget. They helped update my thermostats to smart stats, they diagnosed a faulty sensor in one, they have great advice on how to properly maintain and operate the units to help my investment last as long as possible. Whenever I have heating and cooling questions, I can always count on Nordic Air!

Trevor was so friendly from the get-go. I felt comfortable asking him all my questions and he was easy to communicate with and get a hold of. He got the ball rolling quickly and the job was done in an efficient manner and he was great around my young kids. I really appreciated that because we’ve had other contractors around in the past that couldn’t be bothered to be kind to my kids, so it really meant a lot that he not only was professional and good at what he did, but was also kind. We have been thoroughly enjoying our central AC and are so appreciative and highly recommend!
