They were very easy to talk with over the phone and they scheduled the job quickly. Eric and his partner showed up on time, did the job quickly and thoroughly and were very personable. I am very happy. Definitely recommend. Update - I was having trees planted and we realized that one of the holes wasn't deep enough - I called Eric and they came over immediately and re-did that stump. I was amazed and very pleased. He said he guarantees his work and he means it. Highly, highly recommend!

Small root ridge discovered after initial grinding. Provider returned immediately next day to correct the problem. Highly professional. Quality workmanship.

Showed up on time and did everything I wanted done. Ran into some rocks in the hedges, but they adjusted approach and finished the work. Very happy with the results.

It went great. I called and they called me back the same day. In fact, the job was done the same day!

They come while we were at work (which was agreed upon), did the work and left the paper work in the mailbox. It was cheap, convenient and easy.

The company was very quick to respond that they could do the job; however, took a while to actually execute which was somewhat due to rain/weather issues. The one caveat was that the rain/weather in the local area where we live was not exactly the weather/rain conditions where the company was located, so we believe the work could have been done sooner but there was not a big delay. Price was great and quality was pretty good. I only say "pretty good" on quality because two of the areas were done perfectly; however, one area where we had grass around I believe was ripped up more than it should have been. Professional and would use them again.

This company was incredibly responsive. I received a call back within minutes, the estimate was on track, and they completed the job within two working days of the original contact. And they offered great advice about what to do (and not do) with the residual grindings and hole. I would definitely use them again.

I initially left a message and the call was promptly returned. I described what I needed done and was provided with an estimate and told I would receive a call on the day of service if it would be more than the estimate. I did not have to be home during the service. The service was done within the estimated time and under what was originally estimated. Everything went well.

It took approximately 1 hour to remove the stumps. Eric and Dave were very courteous and efficient. There was minimal clean up. We were very satisfied.

They arrived on time, and were very personable and professional. They ground down the stump and helped level the area. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Eric & David were on time, extracted the stumps by shaving them one foot under the ground, was level in 20 minutes. They blew debris off the neighbor's driveway. They were courteous and precise in explaining of services and pricing.

I called for information and left a message. I received a call back later that same day, which I appreciated. My questions were answered and I was told that I could give approximate measurements of the stumps for an estimate over the phone. If they came and the amount would be more than the estimate I would be called before they would proceed. Otherwise, I just had to mark the stumps with flags and the work would be done even if I was not home. The price did not include removing any of the material. They came the next day and performed the work without damaging any plant material near the stumps. A bill was left on the door so that all I had to do was send them a check.

We are second time customers. This time they removed 3 tree stumps. Both times I have used them, I called during the weekend and received a return call within hours. Both times they came the next business day to remove stumps. I can't say enough about how professional they are. I have already used them twice and plan to do so again as we work on improving our back yard. I would HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation. Prices are extremely good as well.Grin

They gave us a great deal because we had so many stumps. They did a great job. Area was rocky & difficult to marleaver through. I found another stump after they cleaned their grinder & almost had it on the truck & they brought it back to grind it happily. Very above & beyond.

Called the company on 4/17. They gave me a rough estimate depending on the size of the stumps. They arrived the next morning at 8:30am, explained the procedure and price and were done in 20 minutes. Everything as advertised. All transactions should be this simple.

I arranged to have Affordable Stump Removal come out to remove 4 Evergreen bushes. They called the day before to tell me that they were coming. I didn't have to be home. They just asked that I mark the trees that I wanted taken down. I came home to find the branches in a neat pile. They left my bill in my front door. Everything went very smoothly and all I needed to do was make the call and send them a check for their services. Couldn't have gone any better.

They were able to provide an estimate over the phone and were able to complete the job in 3 days later. It would have costed me more to rent a machine from home depot.

I contacted the company with phone number found on business card I requested from a gentleman wearing the company's logo of the truck he was driving.. When I called the company I was given a rough estimate from the details and measurements I provided as requested by the estimator. We then set up an appointement and work was done quickly and promptly. I was pleased with the work and the speed of the procedure. I recommended them to my daughter who wll have work done in the near future.

I did not get them from Angie's List. It was a very small job but I was very impressed with him. I liked him. They called me and let me know that they were coming because I wanted to be here. They showed up and managed to do the work before I was able to get here but they waited for me so that I could pay them. I talked to them about doing tree trimming because they had that service also. It was very good and they were nice people. They got back to me very quickly when I emailed.
