Service was on time. Serviceman was professional.

A1 tech arrived promptly and was very professional, knew the issue and was able to replace the spring quickly and resolved all the issues. He also took time to teach me a bit more about how the door is supposed to work and things I should watch for in the near future.

They were prompt and knowledgeable. Jake was Great.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.
