 + -1 morecontract accepted 07/31/12 - date completed 01/23/2013 Chad Noll - owner Contracted items not honored: covered stairs from upper deck to lower deck seamless gutters not installed leaf guard not installed dormers and existing roof to have 1 foot overhangs added - soffits and fascia not installed snow cleats not installed roof of deck not secured properly to the house and is now failing and falling down main roof was contracted and paid for to be metal and was downgraded to shingles lesser quality of metal used on the deck roof that contracted for. roofing on decking leaks screened in areas all have gaps - not properly screened Chad Noll promised a lifetime guarantee of all labor and now email address is no longer active and all phone listing are disconnected - tried to contact on face book with no reply.
