They called ahead to ask questions about what was going on with the appliances and had the needed parts on the truck. They also called ahead on the day of the repair to give us a time estimate and then called before arrival so I didn't have to take off a half day of work. Russ was friendly and professional - and the repairs were done efficiently and above my expectations. Would recommend Sixth Sense and would definitely hire them again.
