The project manager, Dave and his two man crew, Jeff and David, did a great job. They always arrived on time and left the work area cleaned up at the end of each day. I always had my questions answered and communication was very good. I was informed about all the work being done from day to day. They would ask for my input and made sure I was happy with each step. The safety bars/towel bars were placed for my needs, caulking chosen for best effect, wood trim added to match cabinets.
Description of Work: I had two bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled
Kitchen Savers saved our kitchen. I have a beautiful modern kitchen that anyone would be proud to call their own. They worked with us through all of the selections and listened to our wishes in order to recommend high quality product that was cost efficient and brought out home into the 21st century.
Description of Work: Our kitchen was dated. We knew we desperately needed to do something but didn't want to spend the bank to get the look and feel we desired.
I had Kitchen Savers redo my bathroom 10 years ago. They did an excellent job back then which is why I went to them again for my kitchen. All workers were very nice and friendly and did a great job, in a timely manner.
Description of Work: I got new quartz counter tops, new sink and faucet and new backsplash.

Excellent. Workers arrived on time, very professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Several counter top replacements at point-of-sale
We received 4 estimates for our remodel. Costs ranged from $20,000 to $30,000. We chose Kitchen Savers because of their presentation, reviews and products. They were not the least expensive, but we could not have been more satisfied with the finished product. Every detail was completed to perfection. Our sales rep, Carl, promised us that we would be completely happy 😊 and we definitely are. The carpenter/installer and painter are true craftsmen, seeing to every detail. They answered any and all questions we had, and they were meticulous in cleaning up every day.

It was a complete pleasure working with the owner, Richard, planning our project using the excellent quality options Savers sells. Richard was friendly and helpful at all times. His associate Dave Peterson did measuring and follow up, and was also great to work with and very communicative throughout the process. Everything was accomplished right on schedule. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship provided by Dave Brown and Bill, our installers. They were great to have around, and did absolutely meticulous work down to the tiniest detail. We are beyond delighted with our new cabinets! We look forward to working with Savers again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Refacing of 35 cabinets in kitchen, dining room, wet bar, and three bathrooms, 13 all-new drawers, installation of pot drawers, relocation of microwave, some alterations to existing boxes, minor repairs.
Savers Kitchen is wonderful. They care about producing a professional finished product, and it shows in their workmanship, customer service skills, promptness, courtesy to the homeowner throughout the project, and throughout all necessary consultations and conversations. A huge bonus also lies in the fact that Savers uses their own crews and have everything and everyone scheduled and ready to go before beginning a project. There is no waiting on a plumber for two weeks, or on a product that "didn't come in on time." We highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Our kitchen was updated with new cabinet doors and drawer faces, skins added to sides of existing cabinetry, sink installation, island reconstruction, and window box repair. They also assisted with the placement of a new stove.

$42,000.00!! Just for the kitchen, not the flooring, and this is the price I was quoted AFTER telling the salesman, Carl, that I had gone to another kitchen remodeling store where I was told cabinets alone would be $25,00.00. I told the salesman (from Kitchen Mart) that I was NOT spending that much on my tiny kitchen! After he measured my kitchen and explained the preliminary layout, I asked how much, ball park, and, despite bragging he'd been doing this for 27 years, he said he had no idea. He had an idea, but wanted me to waste more time coming to the store to see all the wonderful products and the wonderful shop and the wonderful full project board. Furthermore, I certainly didn't appreciate his coming into my home and IMMEDIATELY criticizing my home and shooting down my ideas for the remodel and I really, really didn't appreciate his telling me I had enough of the "free" cookies they "baked just for me" as he took the plate away! Bottom line, I don't think this salesman is used to dealing with strong, independent women who know what they want and don't need to be told what they want. I am thankful, though, because as I walked into my home and into my kitchen, I realized I like it just the way it is. Well, except for the under cabinet light in the kitchen so I went to Home Depot and bought a new one and installed it myself and I also bought a pull out for one of the cabinets that I'll install myself like I have the others. Maybe someday I'll install new cabinet doors and I tile backsplash myself. I wonder if Carl noticed the crown moulding in my living room and dining room. Guess who put that up ALL ALONE!? I wasn't going to bother writing this review, but I've been stewing all weekend and I hope I can put this to rest now. It's been over 30 years since I've been treated with such disrespect. Note to Kitchen Savers and Carl: Don't respond, you don't want that fight.
Description of Work: I wanted my kitchen updated with new cabinets, counters, and backsplash. I also wanted new flooring. I did not need new appliances and the footprint of my condo kitchen was not to be changed. It measures ONLY 8'x9' wall to wall.
Excellent!!! Project could not have gone better! Kitchen Savers finished the project a few days early and on budget. They were always responsive and helpful to all my questions. There was minimal dirt/ debris after each day and the were very respectful of my living space. I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Gutted the original kitchen on my ranch late 50's home. New cabinets, counter tops, and appliances.
The work went extremely well, from the initial visit to review our project and the meeting in their office to get their proposal and to discuss alternative materials. They were extremely knowledgeable and flexible to provide the end result we were looking for. We accepted their proposal and scheduled the work and from that point all work went as scheduled and on time. The workers were very skilled with the installation and tile work. They showed up punctually each day and worked without delay until the job was completed. They took great pains to protect our kitchen floors and cabinets and cleaned up completely each day. We are totally pleased with the quality of the work and resulting final product.
Description of Work: They replaced existing kitchen counter tops with new quartz counter tops, including new sink and fixtures, and also with a stone back splash.

The stain color of the original cabinets was matched extremely well. The installation was started when promised, and completed one day early. There were a couple issues that their cabinet makers had to work on, but that was handled transparently and correctly. The installer, Scott Ennis was very careful, neat, and professional. The entire installation was handled well, and we would recommend Savers Kitchen & Bath to others without reservation.
Description of Work: Kitchen cabinet doors needed to be replaced, and kitchen drawers needed to be replaced.

Relatively well. They completed within the time committed, but just barely, and much of the final fixture installation was rushed and at the last minute. A number of these last minute installation elements we ended up having issues with that they had to come correct: shower curtain rod drooped significantly - and is installed a little too low (shower curtain drags on the floor of the tub), the shower head leaked behind the wall into the basement which we didn't notice at first, and a couple of the lights didn't dim properly. The main installer was very polite and typically gave us a heads up about arrival and departure time. We weren't super crazy about the clean-up job - he spilled some plaster on our carpet and splashed some on a wall that didn't get cleaned up. I didn't complain because I was tearing out the carpet but if it had been newer I would've been quite dissatisfied. Carl, the salesman we worked with was nice, but we ended up feeling rushed and pressured to make a decision. In addition, his method of handwriting the quote left us disagreeing over some details of what was committed. We did not get a detailed estimate which left me questioning the value of each component. He resisted any efforts by us to reduce scope to cut cost. In retrospect I wish we would have made a different choice. I do love my new bathroom in the end but don't feel great about the experience.
Description of Work: They did a partial remodel on a bathroom. It included rewiring and replacing lighting, redoing some drywall, replacing a vanity and updating plumbing, replacing a toilet and updating plumbing, redoing shower fixtures and installing a tub and shower liner.
The process went extremely well.. It was a challenging job in a small space. The end result is amazing. All workers were professional, punctual and friendly.

All done with fine workmanship and in short time period with no interruptions. Only question is whether as many electrical outlets over kitchen countertop that were installed by contracted electrician were really required. Heard conflicting accounts of what's really required.
Description of Work: Replaced/installed new cabinets one side of kitchen; Installed Corian countertops/sink w/faucet and disposal plumbing, dishwasher plumbing. Refaced cabinets other side of kitchen. Replaced phone desk top and drawers. Replaced/installed new bath shower stall with associated faucet/plumbing. Installed Toto toilet to replace old. Replaced/installed Corian countertop for vanity.
The process was painless. We did not replace the kitchen cabinets, However, the cabinet doors were replaced, ceramic tile back splash was installed, ceiling lighting was changed, new quartz counter tops and new sink. All of the work was completed in one week. The quality of the work was excellent. Everything stayed on schedule down to the minute. We were very pleased.

Very knowledgable and helpful through entire process. From beginning of process of selecting countertop to the final step of installation, someone was in continual contact with us making sure everything was going as scheduled
Description of Work: Help select product, order product , coordinated installation
The item selection and contract processes were very straightforward and convenient. We were referred to established businesses to select our appliances, and faucet, and countertop samples were brought to our home to choose from. We were encouraged to come to their showroom to select cabinet hardware, and see samples of countertop styles, and other options, which we did several times. When at our home, Dave listened to our ideas, and was realistic in informing us what would work, and what would not, and offered suggestions for drawer customization that were in line with our ideas. The work process went smoothly, and the overall experience was fabulous! Complete job took about 2-1/2 weeks. Dave came out to our home about 3 times with stain samples, until he was absolutely satisfied that the stain for the replacement cabinet doors would match our existing cabinets. Bill, the job foreman, was outstanding to work with. He paid attention to every detail of the job. He was very aware of the daily schedule, and when he noted that the incorrect cabinet hardware had been delivered, he called the office and was able to obtain correct hardware in a timely fashion, so that installation moved forward on schedule. He was attentive to our comments, and questions, and had suggestions for utilizing difficult cabinet corners to optimize cabinet space. Our floor was extensively prepped before new flooring was laid, and looks and wears beautiful - not a squeak anywhere when walked on! The overall quality of the workmanship is outstanding! Workmen came and went daily with minimal inconvenience to us - kitchen was left extremely clean at end of every day. We were excited to come home from work each day to see what progress had been made that day! This kitchen remodeling project was a long time coming, and we could not be more happy with the overall results!
Description of Work: Extensive kitchen remodeling which included replacing kitchen cabinet doors, laundry room cabinet doors, and dining room cabinet doors, and replacing molding above cabinet doors, installing new quartz kitchen countertop, installing new kitchen sink and faucet, installing sheet vinyl flooring in kitchen, foyer, powder room and laundry room, installing new drawers with organizers, and pull out shelves, replacing hardware and installing a pantry door, and installing a new toilet in powder room.

The project went well without any delays. All the products chosen were ordered and delivered in time for the start date. I had a fiberglass shower surround taken out and a brand new tile shower constructed -it turned out beautiful. They were flexible with me with a couple last minute add-on's. This was our 2nd project with this company and again very pleased.

We were very impressed with the finished project. We were also amazed the complete project only took 5-1/2 days (but was done with highest degree of quality workmanship.) Once our remodel began, there were no interruptions or leaving for another project. Installer arrived promptly each day, cleaned up the site at the end of each work day. We appreciated his attention to all the details, high craftsmanship, being courteous, keeping us informed along the way. Savers Kitchen and Bath used top notch plumber and countertop provider as well. Our salesman was a great resource, walking us through design decisions at their company's showroom. We felt we received a fair price. Only positive things to say -- we would definitely recommend Savers KB as well as use them again.

Everything went fine according to their schedule. They finished in a little over 2 1/2 days and cleaned up well afterward. They also removed building materials considered trash and took them away. Bill Douglas, their foreman, was very accommodating. Clean-up was done to our satisfaction.

The company was on top of this project with a quick response to my initial contact regarding the replacement of my kitchen counters. This same company had renovated my entire kitchen 15 years earlier and I was ready to replace the formica counter tops. They provided me with the pricing for different products and I was happy to learn that my preferred quartz counter tops were well within my budget for the project. They scheduled my project promptly and did the job in one day. It took 6 weeks from initial contact to finish because of Thanksgiving which was fine with me. I am completely satisfied with the work and would definitely go to Kitchen Savers for a bath remodel when the time comes. The total project came in at just over $6,000
Description of Work: Replaced older formica kitchen counter tops with quartz counters.
