Savers Kitchen & Bath

I love my new kitchen! It was a tall order for a tight budget, but Savers did an amazing job. The craftsmen (I'm using that word because it's accurate!) were punctual, friendly, honest, and dedicated to doing a great job on schedule. They left the kitchen clean and tidy every day. The project went like clockwork, and it was amazing to watch it all happen so fast!

I was please with the completed work t hat was done in a timely manner. The employees were prompt, efficient, and always cleaned up the area each day.

The job is not up to my satisfaction. Some of the backsplash tile was installed crookedly. It took months to start the job after I paid a down payment. Most importantly, an employee of this company made sexual remarks to me while the foreman for the job, Bill Douglas participated in laughing about the remark, completely humiliating and degrading me. I reported the incident the same day to my wonderful sales person, Lisa Jones, who was shocked by this employee's behavior. No one called from the company to apologize, or compensate me for the poor service. In fact when the owner finally called after two weeks, he was just interested in finalizing the bill. On the phone I was given one amount for the final installment of $5,072. I mailed a check to them for this amount. Then, I received a different version of the bill by mail of $5,227. I sent another check for $200. I should have received a discount for a job not up to my standards and the employee's behavior in my home. Beware when you hire contractors because you don't know who they employ.

Great job by everyone. From LIsa's suggestions and follow up to the great work Travis did. Everything cleaned up at the end of the day. Even the guys for plumbing and electrical did a great job.

The experience was way better than I expected from start to finish. Everything was done when they said it would be done. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. The finished job was WOW. We love our new kitchen. Should have done it sooner.

Savers did an awesome job! We can't say enough about the service we received from Scott, Dave and Travis. They all were very professional and we really enjoyed working with them. We are very happy with our new kitchen!!

February 26 2018 Dave came to estimate our job. He gave a good presentation, but that was the end of anything that would be "good" with this company. He did not deliver the quote as promised. We had to call him days after the promised quote was due to beg for the quote. He gave no apology for the lateness and seemed put out that we were asking for our promised itemized quote in writing. We received an email (finally) with a cost for the job, but the itemization we had asked for was not present. The cost was off the charts ridiculous, it was no where near the going rate of what we knew the job should be. This astronomical cost sent the message loud and clear that Savers Kitchen was hoping we'd disappear - they didn't want our job. And we never heard from them to follow up with a phone call to ask if we had any questions or to ask if we wanted to schedule the job. Silence. Thankfully one of their competitors gave an equally impressive presentation, but had the excellent business sense to provide the itemized quote as promised (without us having to call and beg for it), the quote was within reason for the going rate on the type of job, follow-up was made, the work scheduled and completed beautifully. When I said "we never heard from Savers Kitchen to follow up". . . that was until 8 months later! Unbelievably in October 2018, 8 months after we had to beg to get a quote from Savers Kitchen we get a phone call saying "Hey, just checking if you want to schedule your job" Ummmmmm, WHAT??? Thankfully we'd been living in our beautiful kitchen with re-faced cabinets and new quartz countertops for 6 months already. If a company cannot even follow through with delivering a quote, as was true with Solvers Kitchen, chances are they cannot be trusted to follow through with a project. I'm glad their competitor knows how to run a business and follow through with jobs at an affordable rate.

No show/or extremely late for appointment.

It has been a week now since the work on my bathroom / Kitchen oven was completed. I am very happy with the job that was done. From start to finish everything was taken care of. All of the people that came to my house to do work were, in my opinion, the best of the best. They arrived on time, were very aware that this is my home and kept it clean, and took precautions to make sure there was no damage to my floors, and kept to the schedule. Would I use them again? The answer is absolutely yes! They took the stress out of this entire process. I would recommend to both family and friends, and have.

It went great! Kitchen Savers was very responsive, on time and organized. Everything on the written quote was followed to a "T." The workers were polite, neat and professional. When we noticed a small glitch in the way the tile grout dried, we called and within two days the tile guy returned and had it looking perfect. We could not be happier with our spruced up kitchen. We would recommend Kitchen Savers in a heartbeat.

Very well. Project was started when promised and completed when promised. All employees were pleasant and easy to work with. A lot of time and attention was paid to pre-planning so there were no surprises or disappointments. We are very pleased with the way our kitchen turned out and would be quick to recommend Kitchen Savers to anyone.

Flawless. The sales process was very smooth, no surprises, hidden costs, delays, etc. The removal / installation was excellent. They measured, then they measured again. They measured the elevator to sure they could get the island top up to our unit in one piece! When the installation team installed the surfaces next to the range they made certain that the cabinet doors would not hit the sharp edge of the surface - they shaped the surface edge to let the cabinet door open fully without hitting the counter top. Super professional.

Fantastic! We love our "new" kitchen. Cabinet doors/drawers all match the existing outside cabinets. They were done when they said they would be done. Cleaned everything up, took away all the old. Work was done exactly as we wanted. We are thrilled with our updated kitchen.

Kitchen Savers came in on a Monday and tore out all cabinets and built in appliances, by Friday i had my new range and microwave installed, most cabinets up and a temporary sink so I had use of my kitchen in just 5 days. In the second week the cabinets were completely in, flooring laid, appliances in, the counter top measurements done and we just had to wait a week for the granite counter top to be cut. Add three more days on to the two weeks to install the counter top, hook up dish washer, install tile back splash. This complete remodel was done in 3 1/2 weeks and one of those weeks was waiting for the counter top. There was at least one worker every week day, sometime more than one. the work area was cleaned up every day. the workers were very nice, trustworthy and helpful. Kitchen remodels are expensive, I believe I got my moneys worth with this business, these people were amazing as far as caring for my wants and needs in this job.

We are very pleased with the work Kitchen Saver Inc has done to covert our tub to a walk-in shower. Our bathroom is very small, and is the only one we have, so we had some concerns how they would handle a job like this in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience to our family. Dean came to our house and listened carefully to what we wanted and assured us that they would need a week to complete the job and to our satisfaction. Based on the positive reviews from Angie’s List and the assurances that Dean gave us, we decided to go with Kitchen Saver and a few days later we made our choices in their showroom and shortly thereafter had a date that they would be available to start the project. Dave and Jeff were sent to work to remove our tub and complete the rest of the job.. They kept us updated as to what would be happening each day and they worked well as a team. Both men were professional and considerate with protecting our floor with a tarp and cleaning up as much as could be expected at the end of each workday. They completed the job on as promised. Kitchen Saver has remodeled our shower area to our full satisfaction with quality materials, timely installation and professional workmanship. They were very responsive to a small plumbing adjustment after job completion by sending the plumber out the same day. We would gladly recommend this company in the future based on our complete satisfaction.

The remodel and new flooring upgrade went very well. The workers were pleasant and worked well with our schedule. We had no major surprises. The materials used were of high quality.

We signed our contract in late May, 2017, and we were given a start date of October 2, 2017. We spent that time choosing the countertop, cabinets, pulls for the cabinets, sink, color of sink and cabinets, plumbing fixture, tiles for the backsplash and flooring. We were given an allowance for the plumbing, countertop (granite) and flooring (wood laminate). The only problem we encountered was the flooring we originally picked out - it was no longer available - finding this out on Labor Day weekend Saturday (September 2, 2017) - but our "replacement" turned out to be what we love. The installers were all very friendly and personable - we had complete trust in them, leaving the house on several occasions without fear. Our "go to" man was very helpful and lead us in the right directions. The office staff was equally friendly and helpful. I have no problem recommending Savers Kitchen for any remodel. They have their system down to an art - cabinets were delivered (from out of the area) within the hour in which they were promised (how can one improve on that?) The flooring and tiling were sent to their facility and brought to our site before they were installed.One antidote - the leafs were falling when the job started, and I had raked that weekend before the start, with a huge pile of leaves - the installer had parked in front of the house, and heard the sweepers coming - he moved his vehicle so the sweepers could do their job and not leave "my" leafs for another week - very thoughtful! As, I said, we are very very satisfied with their level of competence and ability to get a job well done - especially on time!

The work was done in a timely fashion. Travis communicated with me on a regular basis. Our shower is beautiful and works great!

It went very well. All scheduled appointments were on time .Did very professional work. Mistake was made on one small location on cutting quartz top.They replaced with no questions asked. The only complaint I have was price was much on the high side.

It went very well. The contractors arrived on time, They listened to our requests, answered all questions we had, and respected our privacy and our home. They cleaned up daily and left the house in the best shape possible during and after their work day. We received updates as needed and there were no hidden costs or surprises. In fact, Larry (one of the owners) personally oversaw our project and we were treated like we were one of the family.

Perfectly. The design consultant worked with us to define the scope of work, help us understand the process and show us the options. The chief technical manager developed details specs and worked with us to ensure all options and colors met our expectations. Both of them visited during the job to oversee progress and ensure our satisfaction. All work was done in two weeks by a professional floor guy plus a carpenter and a helper, and finally a plumber to install the bathroom sink faucet and toilet. Everyone on the team was thoroughly professional, detail oriented and attentive to our requests and needs for access to areas that were under construction. They took extra care to make sure the job looked great when finished. And they cleaned up every day to avoid clutter and mess.
