When I initially walked into Kitchen Saver, I was greeted nicely and was able to view the showroom. I was looking to have work done on my bathtub area, namely the acrylic overlay. I set up an appointment for the following Saturday on my day off work. I received a call about 1 1/2 before my scheduled time letting me know that the person who was coming to do the estimate had gotten behind and would be at my home about an hour late. This was kind of okay but I was on a pretty tight schedule. I was happy that he showed up only about 20 minutes later than our scheduled time. Although he was informative and seemed to really want to provide the service at first, when we sat down to talk money is when I began to feel insulted. 1. He referred to his secretary as his "office girl". 2. He quickly became annoyed when my children began to walk around and talk in their own home, remind you this is on a sunny Saturday. 3. He asked me "Is there a hubby around who will help you make a decision?" 4. When I foolishly responded, "He's at work today," he responded, "Well, I guess someone has to pay for the work to be done." 5. Based on other estimates, their price was too high. (However, if they had told me $500 I would not have hired them because of the actions of their representative.) 6. He showed me a 4-page list of homes in my area that had work done by them. About 90% of those homes were serviced in the 90's or earlier. I guess this list was just to show that they had been in business a long time.

I was very pleased with this company even when I visited their office the first time; they were very accommodating to my needs. They understood exactly what type of kitchen I was looking for according to my price range. They showed up promptly for our scheduled appointment and completed work within a week. I would like to have gotten it completed sooner but I was very satisfied with the final outcome of the project. I would definitely use this company again.

Salesman came to my home. He looked at my bathroom, made some sketches, talked about what i wanted, and told me he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him again. Very unprofessional experience. Job 2: The gentleman who came to my home said he thought the job might cost somewhere around 10 to 20 thousand, and that he would get back to me. He did not ask me my budget nor what quality of materials, fixtures, etc... I planned to have installed. I never heard from him and eventually hired another contractor.

Showed up 45 minutes late and spent 3 hours discussing plans for kitchen cabinet refacing and custom island install. I was very interested in his design ideas and was eager for him to give me a quote. He took 6-8 'before' pictures of my kitchen before leaving and said he'd get back to me within 1 week. After not hearing from him for 3 weeks, I called and left a message for him, twice. It's been 6 weeks since he was at my home and I still have not heard from him. Friendly salesperson, but never heard back from him.
