We found Ridge Top through Angi while searching for a team to replace our garage roof and house roof. We had 3 layers of shingles on and knew it was going to be a complete tear off and replacement. We met with Ben V and were thrilled with his service and the reasonable price quoted. Luke and his team did fantastic and thorough job, having both rooves done in a few days. We are so happy with the results. We have a few other projects coming up in the next year or two and we're going straight to Ridge Top. Would recommend.

I was very happy with everything. Joe put in a new bedroom window. Corey also helped with the window. And there was great communication between them and I which I always feel is so important. There was more work done on my garage it was new Soffit and Facia put on my garage. The estimate was spot on and I really appreciate that because I'm on a very fixed income. And I don't want to forget Devin Willis who was my project manager. Thank you to all of you!!

Fantastic experience working with Ridge Top Exteriors from day one throughout complete roof replacement. Everyone was very professional from sales, management and laborers. They kept me informed regularly about estimated time line, their negotiations with the insurance company, estimated materials and costs. The work crew was very efficient and professional. They took great care in protecting the house, gardens and trees as well as cleanup once the job was done. Couldn't even tell they had been here except, I now have a new, beautiful, fantastic new roof! Wouldn't hesitate one bit to use them again, if I ever needed to replace a roof again. Great job!

Our big roof was no easy task but the professional team of Ridgetop Exterior roofers got the job done. These hard working men climbed a two-story house with very little wiggle room from the neighboring houses. They took great care of our property and our neighbors. They worked hard and cleaned up our backyard and our neighbors at the end of the day until the project was done. I went through various roof estimates from various roofing companies, Kyle was professional and did not pressure us at all which made us very comfortable in choosing Ridgetop Exteriors. Luke was here everyday to help ease the installation project and he was wonderful helping our neighbors during this process. And the roofers were amazing, very hard working and dedicated. Their work ethic is impressive. We are very pleased with the results.

The roof leak was quickly identified and repaired. Very satisfied with the service. Will definitely consider them when it comes time to replace my roof.

John was very professional. Was quick and thorough with the repairs needed. He quickly saw that my vents weren’t installed properly, and did a great job of properly fixing the issue not just “put a bandaid on it” so he left me feeling comfortable that the issue got resolved.

Door inspection and minor repair. Very knowledgeable and professional- listened to concern, observed and explained issues, and fixed problems. Also advised how to prevent future problems.

The job was not completed. They keep changing the information and the payments changed, the rates changed and terms were changed each time they ask for more information.

Ridge Top did an excellent job. They were timely, courteous, and efficient. I knew that this was a very little job and I was grateful that they handled it with such professionalism. I would absolutely hire them again for additional projects.

The job took longer than expected to complete; however, this was due to the representative's illness. Once underway, the job progressed well, but could not be completed as estimated due to unforeseen problems with a wooden deck. Jason, the representative, adjusted the price to suit revised statement of work (SOW). Unfortunately, we returned to our Washington State residence for the Holidays, and my check for the balance was misplaced by the Post Office. It was finally located and forwarded which concluded the transaction. I appreciate the patience and communication from Jason and Josh during the time needed to get this resolved. At RidgeTop, you really are treated like family.

I wouldn't use this company under any circumstances, Ben Vollmer the project manager wasted my time for four months. We went through the financing with Green Skys approved and they never did the work he told me there was a supply shortage, not true at all, He ( Ben Vollmer ) string me out for 4-months, and for the life of me I don't know why! He sent a one-man crew to the work of four-man. I thought that was crazy! the installer made it clear to me he couldn't do the work by himself and I agree! The question is why would you send one man to do the work of four-man? So now we have to push out the installation date, waiting two months out now, and you know what he did? He called me after 7:00 pm the day before they were to start work and told me the installers came a day earlier and couldn't do the work cause the brick was bad. First of all, he was telling a bald-faced lie. The installer never ever came out. I was at the property all day that day! Not only that, they never ever order the materials. I still have this account open with Green Skys, I can only use it with Ridgetop Exterior and that will never happen. Then his supervisor call me on a conference call telling me were canceling the contract, also sent in an email as well in writing, In the final analysis, he said work couldn't be done the brick was deterioration nun of this is true that was completed two weeks later by Modern Exterior 262-821-100 Call them I was very displeased. (Ridgetop Exterior) Don't deserve not, even a one-star rating. Ridgetop Exterior I don’t know why you did what you did, and then think you can just blow me off you barked up the wrong tree Ben Vollmer out here doing this nutty stuff and you defend these actions? Shame you Ridgetop Exterior. I’ll be sure to make Ridgetop Exterior famous and with some free advertisement, we have a good NEWS STORY, WHAT YOU THINK? The repair went well. They coordinated online and when the work was done it was done and over before we knew it. Am they also were great with responsiveness and always willing to answer my questions.

The work was done in a day even with having to remove the old roofing down to the wood. I'm very pleased with my new roof. I even had gutter guards put on around my front porch to help keep debris out since there is a tree over hanging the roof to the porch. When the job was completed their clean up was quick and thorough. I have used Ridge Top Exteriors in the past. Their price range was competitive with the other quotes I received but because of my past experience with them I knew I was making the right choice again hiring them.

Great. The crew worked well together and efficiently. We have had some rain since work was done and no more leaks. Yeah! Wish I would have found them before we had our windows and siding done. We have received many compliments.

John was great! We had a leak coming into a light fixture in our kitchen from an ice **** on the roof and our gutters. Fun times. John came out one day to investigate and gave us a couple of solutions and estimates. 2 days later he was back with another co-worker (I'm so sorry, I didn't get his name but he worked just as hard) and an industrial steamer to thaw us out quickly. On time, very accommodating and I felt the price was reasonable for all the work they did. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a crappy leak situation. Thank you thank you.

From bid to finish they have the most qualified and motivated people. Excellent crew from start to finish. Everyone knew their job and went to work and completed it on time with no issues. Price bid was the price paid, also with no issues. All around a good experience.

We had to replace the roof on our property after it was struck by lightning. We want to Thank Dave Homme for his professionalism and knowledge. Our roof job was an emergency replacement, it was only protected by a tarp and Dave Homme got us on schedule without much delay. We would recommend Ridge Top Exteriors for any of their jobs. they are number one on our list for any siding, roofing jobs we may have in the near future.
