Still leaking after they came out many times. Now they won’t even return my calls

Horrible experience. Set appointments to do the work and no call, no show. About 9 days after original appointment they showed and started. Rubber roof. They put the turndown bar in the wrong place on both sides. Lowered it 3 inches leaving about 30 crew holes in the brand new rubber. So they patched it. They say the patch will last as long as the roof. Who wants a brand new 15k roof with patches? They slid the old roof down the sides of the house. This made it so I had to repaint a newly painted house. Gutters were installed. One drain was horizontal and leaked heavily. They had to come out and redo it. Dumpster was left in the driveway for a couple of weeks after their long drawn out time doing the jib. (Over a week to do a job they said would be done in a day) Very poor at returning calls. Very poor at follow-up with necessary paperwork. Be Alert. These guys just sub contract with hispanic crews. These crews do not speak english and cannot communicate with the homeowner. They will also come in and look around inside your home. I will call someone else next time.

went very well, everything was done in one day just like was planned. Project manager explained everything ahead of time and they were easy to work with. Have them in mind for another project!

They did a good job but the communication was awful. It took days to respond to any questions & I usually had to call a couple times.

The roofing went well, even with our high pitch and different portions of the roof. The sheathing/siding the trim around the houses were fine, although there were caulking drips onto the siding/window trim/doors that weren't wiped off and cured, there were also several scraps and trash left around the house, not a lot, but enough for me to be annoyed about it, especially since we have a young child and the sheathing is sheet metal. The biggest complaint is that the foreman/supervisors of each crew (roofing and sheathing) didn't wear a mask when approaching my wife or I to talk. There is a pandemic going on and even if we're technically outside, nobody should be approaching anyone else without a mask on. It's possibly dangerous, rude, and just shows a lack of understanding of the world we live in now. So if we needed them again, I'd request a different sheathing contractor.

Ridge Top was easy to work with and nailed every material that was needed for a two building roofing project. The delivery crew even roof loaded all the materials for me. The prices were great and I would utilize their business again in the future.

They were prompt to send someone out for an estimate and willing to work with our budget. After a contract was signed, we were guaranteed that our repair would be started within 45 days. Never happened. No one from this company even called us to tell us they were behind on their schedule either; we were the ones that always contacted them, and even then, IF we got a response, it was days later. When I called for a refund, I wasn't even asked why or how to help ameliorate the problem; probably because they know they overbooked themselves. Poor time management and they lack professionalism communication skills. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Working with Dave was great! He went above and beyond what we expected negotiating with our insurance and saving us money. The work was begun and completed efficiently and was checked and rechecked to not only our satisfaction but also to the satisfaction of the work crew supervisors. Any questions or concerns we had we're addressed within a business day. We would definitely hire Ridgetop again for any future work.

Dave was our point person for this job, and he (and the rest of the team), did an amazing job. They were responsive, up-front and prompt during the initial evaluation, and did a fantastic job on our roof. The company clearly has a culture of delivering high-quality work and keeping customers happy. I would definitely hire them again. Strongly recommend.

In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.

On the scheduled day, the crew arrived, material was delivered, the old roof was torn off, a cricket fabricated, and new roof and the cricket installed. And after making a big mess, it was ALL CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY! (Yard swept with a magnet to pick up errant nails.) We were very satisfied with the whole process — from estimate to install. Again. (We are repeat customers.)

Ben was very easy to work with. We had a leak in one section of the roof. As soon as the material was available, they fixed the roof - about 1/3 of the front roof) and we had no further issues all winter. I would use them again if new issues arise.

Great. House, garage and shed roofs all completed in 1 day. No problems. Great cleanup after. It’s been 1 year with a lot of high winds, storms, rain and typical Wisconsin weather and stood up to all 4 seasons. I am very pleased and would recommend them to family, friends and the community.

Ridgetop was fast, efficient, solid, and when I had a problem with payment from a third party, they went the extra mile to work with me until the issue was finally settled.

The repair was fine. They had to reschedule a few times due to the weather being bad, but that is to be expected. They repaired a few pieces of siding (re-attached) that had been loosened by wind.

Great job all the way through from first call to the project manager to design the project just as we wanted it, to the completion/clean up of job to the follow up call to make sure we were satisfied.

The service went well, able to squeeze my job in prior to the winter. The job was fast and efficient. The customer service provided by Paul was top notch and very responsive. Despite not being a total roof replacement, Ridge Top was able to get this scheduled and done quickly. The finance options that they had were very flexible and helpful. The explanation and outline of the services by Paul were honest and thorough. We will definitely use them again and refer them to any and everyone. Awesome customer service and a company of integrity!!!
