Description of Work: We needed repair to a rubber membrane flat roof on part of the house which showed signs of leaking (upstairs ceiling). Luke came and took a look and decided that the seals around vent pipes needed to be reinforced. He came at the appointed time to do the work, but it was too windy up on the roof. So he came another time and did the work.
