I am so very glad that we chose James to do the work in our home. He is extremely knowledgable about such a wide range of services, and I intend to contract with him to do more work for us in the future. I found James to be very responsive, even though our initial contact was over the holidays! When he came out to meet with us the first time, he had great ideas, was very thorough in his evaluation, and took detailed notes. James was punctual, timely in getting our work done, thoughtful and respectful, and very nice to have in our home. He was careful to clean up as work was completed. I feel that his fees were very fair and he explained them clearly. I can't wait to get my tax refund so that we can arrange for James to return to do some of our more discretionary work. I recommend him and myhandypro without reservation.

James and his assistant Bob arrived right on schedule, looked at the plans and pile of parts on the floor and estimated they would need about three hours to complete the job. They took great care with the installation and were done right when they said they would be. I was so impressed with how the job went I now have them working on various other jobs around the house that we either lack the skill or time to get to. I am very happy to have found them!

We had a 4-4:30 appointment. They called at 4:15 to tell us the would be about 45 minutes late. I am glad they called in advance. Two guys came to do the job. They arrived and promptly pulled the stove away from the wall. They then asked for a rag so they could clean the side of the stove we could not normally reach. They also cleaned the floor under the stove. They hooked up the stove and it worked great. My wife then asked them about our screen door. The screen was torn. No one we knew could figure out how to remove the screen from the door to get it fixed. They took the door apart removed the screen and told her they would get it fixed ( not sure if they were fixing it themselves or subcontracting it out) . They told my wife they would be back next week and reinstall the screen in the door. They were hands down the most professional, over the top , most respectful provider that we have hired in Milwaukee. We will use them again!!!!

Overall experience was very positive and quality of work was what I expect. Electricians are not cheap but in my experience with other trades James is fairly priced.

He was excellent. He knew exactly what I needed to support the new TV and explained everything in detail. He was on time and very professional. After installing the supports, I asked if he could install a couple towel bars, ( I am a stroke survivor and am unable to grip anything with my left hand), and he did a great job. He put the bars exactly where I wanted and YES, they are level!! I will definitely use James for my next project--we went over my list before he left and he suggested what to purchase and products that would last. I am so happy that I found James and MyHandyPro and would refer them to anyone looking for quality work.

James provided information that helped me solve the problem of connecting my rain barrel. Although I didn't have need of his services, I would hire him for future projects because of his knowledge, friendly communication, & quick response time to all my questions.

They very good and do a good job with cleanup. They are very professional and we would use them again. We already have jobs ready to call him on.

Better than expected. They came and installed the new entry that added a better appearance than what we asked for at the start of the project.

Once we had a date, the work was done. We are very pleased with the work done.

James was punctual and very knowledgeable on what we needed done. Since the house is relatively "new", he felt he would be able to heat/peel the vinyl away from the area so that we would not need to replace it. He was right and we saved the cost of the flooring immediately. Once he had the floor opened, he cut out the failed flooring, reinforced the floor around the toilet, put in new flooring, re-glued the vinyl floor and replaced the toilet. He did it all for under 600 dollars or roughly a third of what his initial quote was. He could easily have charged the $800 - 900 he had quoted originally, but said that that wasn't a fair thing to do. This is the only guy I'm going to from know on for home repairs or remodeling. If I could have rated him an "A+", I would have in a heartbeat Thanks again James!

James was very responsive, friendly and professional on the phone and was so helpful. He came out quickly when another business with supposedly "great" reviews on Angie's List had canceled at the last minute leaving us in a very bad bind. He offered tips over the phone on which door and size was better to buy. He came out and did a very professional job. He was efficient and did great work. We really appreciated his workmanship and would definitely use his business again. We will also recommend him to any of our friends.

I am satisfied with them; they came on time and were efficient. They did not damage anything, got the work done and the price was reasonable. It was one guy who owns the business and he had a helper who did all the work. The young guy had all the muscle to do something that I don't want to do anymore. There was not much to it, really. He was good at what he did, did it well and did it quickly. The price could have been a little less because I did not have a lot done, but they had a minimum hourly and I had to make some work up for them to do, which is okay because I needed to have it done anyway. They are not too far away from here.

Called to let me know he might be a little later than scheduled. Arrived and quickly replaced the outlet. Everything went smoothly and as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We've had James and those he works with over multiple times for various projects in our recently purchased old house, and they've done excellent work every time. James has an electrician, plumber, and another handyman he works with for the various projects and they are all professional and knowledgable. We were also working on a new tile flooring job ourselves and James was kind enough to let us borrow his wet saw so we could finish the ton of cuts we had to do. Overall we have been very satisfied with James and plan to continue to work with him on all the stuff we want to upgrade/improve in our home.

I should have not allowed them to estimate the job by just talking to me over the phone. It turned out to be more than I originally thought. However, the guy worked with me and explained the door took a lot more work and energy than he anticipated. While one guy was working the other guy left for a long time. They did not communicate well me at that time so I was confused but it worked out fine. They also said the person who originally installed the lock did not have the holes in place so it was hard for them to make it work. I am still having problems with the lock. I can lock the door knob lock but I can't lock the deadbolt. It's working a lot better than what it was, but I have not called them back. They completed the job and the price was reasonable.

They were excellent. They were very good. I don't recall the price. It was reasonable. You show him what you need done. You leave him alone and he does it. He did it quickly and he did not waste any time. He did a lot of work in the one day he was here with us. He works fast and does a great job. He was wonderful.

I telephoned this man on October 11th, I asked him if he could come out and fix a pipe that was leaking very badly in my basement. He told me, "I am working on the south side today, but I could come tomorrow." At this point I needed someone ASAP. So I called someone else and they came out right away. I did not call him back so on Saturday morning, he just showed up at my house telling my husband that I did not call him to cancel (even though he could not reach me by my cell). He told me that his website states that if he makes a trip and because I did not call, we had to pay him $90.00. He must hav forgotten that I never used him from his website, only from Angie's List. If it was not for my husband I would not have given him anything and I would have called the police. I would never use him again!

He did an Excellent job! Very professional, friendly and he listened to my concerns. I will be recommending him to friends and family. And the price was reasonable.

James was able to squeeze us into his schedule with 48 hours notice. He was extremely punctual and came with all of the tools and supplies needed to complete the job. My wife and I are very busy and James was able to help out with several projects around our house and did a wonderful job. I would highly recomend James and his team to my friends and fully plan on using him again.
