john was backlogged with a Big Deal he ran. As our project was not urgent, we had no problem waiting. His professionalism and workmanship were excellent.

It went well. John from Milwaukee Home Services arrived when he said he would and he was able to install the new ceiling fan in the two hours of his time that I purchased as part of an Angie's Big Deal. There was a considerable delay between the time I purchased the Big Deal and John installing the ceiling fan. However, I do not fault John or Milwaukee Home Services. Angie's List needs to honor contractor requests to limit the number of Big Deals that can realistically be handled by that contractor and Angie's List members need to chill with the "F" ratings because they were not first in line and had to wait for what was obviously a VERY GOOD DEAL.

I have contacted them multiple times and they have not scheduled the work or come out to do the work.

John removed an old bathroom mirror without any damage to the wall. He then removed two toilet paper holders and a towel bar from the wall and patched the holes in the drywall that were left by removing them. Overall a great job. Happy with the results!

The company did not respond to phone messages making it impossible to schedule any work.

He did everything I asked him to do.

John did a great job! He was on time, very easy to work with, professional, and very detail oriented. I have already contracted him to do another project for me!! I would highly recommend him to others in need of a good, reliable handyman!

No contact from provider

Provider contacted us in two days requesting suggested dates for service. We provided several dates, but hear nothing for several weeks. He phoned us later to say that he had sent email earlier explaining that there would be a delay because he was over-committed for a larger job. We did not receive any such email (which does NOT mean that he did not send it). We then explained that the job (reseating a support beam on a garage patio) was not an emergency, and that we hoped to hear from him at his convenience.

Great! He was on-time, very friendly, and got a ton done in the 2 hour slot. I will definitely use him again when needed!

Prompt, very helpful and personable.

Doorbell was placed such that the storm door couldn't close over the switch. It works, but had to have a friend move the doorbell so I could close the storm door!

He did a good job with both, and made sure the treadmill was working and that I was happy with it.

I was very satisfied with the service I received and plan to use it again in the future for my sump pump replacement. John follows up with phone calls in a timely fashion and I feel comfortable working with him.

It went very well. I'd recommend him and will likely use him again in the future for other challenging projects I can't tackle myself.

He was very good. He did what we asked but it did take him longer. So he did charge us for the extra half hour. What was weird was after I paid him he said, " I forgot to charge the $5 for caulk." I thought, "Hmmm." but I gave it to him. I paid a check to him and after I gave the check he said that he forgot the $5 for the caulk. I thought that was unprofessional but that was my opinion. What he did was good but with his little side note I just thought "Hmmm." With 5 bucks I just shut my mouth. He came on time and he was personable.

John hung a 2 x 4 pegboard in my sewing studio and fastened my fireplace screen to the hearth. He was very precise and careful measuring and hanging the pegboard. It looks wonderful! And I am very grateful that the fireplace screen is no longer wobbly! I feel very confident that John will bring the same integrity, care, and expertise to any job he does, and I will most definitely call on him again.

It was a very pleasant experience. John was very professional and his work was tidy. We will definitely call him again when we have other odd jobs that need to be done around our home.

John was quick to follow up after I signed up for the deal on Angie's list. He was very thorough in his work and was able to purchase some of the items needed after I sent him cell phone pictures of the items I needed repairs on. That helped him focus on the work rather than having to leave to go purchase some items. A part for entry door repair is on back order and he will be coming back to complete that last job.

John was very prompt in sending an email for the initial contact. He was immediately accessible by phone and easy to talk to. He set up an appointment with my daughter since we were buying the 2 hour special for her and her husband. Since the appointment was delayed by an emergency, he called to explain that he would be late. When he came, he worked efficiently and skillfully to fix all the problems . He secured their front door lock which had been a problem for years. He replace the front door bell. He replace 2 cartridges in the bathroom sink and cured a dripping problem. He added 4 large hooks to a front hall coat rack, so it is now twice as useful as before. He glued on a bathroom tile which also was a problem for years and the tile remains secure. Everything that he fixed is working perfectly now and looks good too. My daughter and her husband were very pleased.

He did a nice job of drywall repair and he also replaced basement lights. He was a nice guy to work with.

John did a fantastic job. The rack looks great and the other jobs were done very well. I would highly recommend John to anyone. He also has a very nice personality and makes certain that things are done exactly how you want them to be. Thanks John!

John responded to my purchase the day I bought the 2 hour service. He showed up exactly on time and went immediately to work. He was able to accomplish everything on my To Do list and was able to extend his time to accomplish some of the things on my Wish List. He is easy and comfortable to talk with and I felt very comfortable being alone with him in my home. I would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to others.
