+ -1 moreEPIC! EPIC! EPIC! Prompt, Got right into his work. Tightened loose screws and oiled parts that needed it. Cleaned up after himself and made sure there was no metal, screws or broken parts left behind. We are very pleased and would absolutely call Robert Graf again!

+ -1 moreRobert came at our arranged time, went straight to work and was very efficient.
Description of Work: Door jammed and I tried raising and lowering it but all tools TS but two fell out and a hinge bent. Robert replaced the rollers and hinge, fixed both broke cables, retightened the torsion sting and replaced the sensors which had been failing for years. Note, I supplied the new hinge and rollers. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced broken spring and cable, replaced roller, adjusted opener, added bracket, repaired door, tightened all nuts, replaced missing nuts, lubricated all parts.
