1-800-GOT-JUNK?

It was a good experience. We will hire them again.

Excellent Service. We purchased a house from people who left a ton of furniture in our basement, and my husband and I could not remove it ourselves. We called 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and they came with a pretty decent sized truck (that we ended up filling up,) and hauled it away with no problems. They did damage a small portion of our basement drywall on the way out, but called their supervisor and immediately offered to pay to fix it, or give us a discount on our service. We were very pleased with their professionalism and would call them again in the future.

The service went well...Employee was courteous and polite. However, I feel they were a little pricey.

They are really overpriced. They come and do the job really promptly. I would not use the again, now that i found out how much other people charge.

It went very well. I was happy that they came right away on the same day I called. I really couldn't wait to get a mice-infested wicker dresser out of our garage and didn't know what to do with it. I didn't want to give it away where someone else might contract a disease. I also didn't know how to dispose of it properly. On the 1-800-Got-Junk web site, it said they deal with bed bug infestations, so I called to ask if they would also handle a dresser filled with mouse droppings. They said "sure, we handle anything!" The web site said they take away infested items and place them into a safe building or area to make sure the hazards don't spread, but the guys that came to take the dresser didn't seem aware of how to avoid the hazardous droppings, dust, etc. and didn't know about that "safe room" so I have no idea where the dresser went after they left. I had to explain to them that they should be wearing masks and not breathing in the dust when opening the drawers and going through the contents. They were wearing gloves but that was it and it bothered me a little that they were allowing the droppings and dust to spread in the garage while they were removing items and taking away the dresser. But, they did take it away for a fairly reasonable price and I didn't have to touch it, so that was what mattered most. We didn't suffer any ill effects from the contents spreading through the air and floor, as far as I know (not sure about the workers though). The two men were very helpful and friendly, worked fast and even took another item that I wanted to dispose of without charging extra.

Jarvis and Jereme were FANTASTIC, just like the commercial they are airing in Milwaukee, WI right now! No kidding they come to your address and move stuff out that you don't need anymore. I also like the idea they are a Green company and so they recycle what they can. The trucks are huge so they can take everything in one trip. I think their prices are very fair. If you have ever had to rent a trunk to take an old appliance to the dump you will agree with me that their time, materials and labor are a fair price for the service they provide. They were just at my address last Friday but I had to call them again because we missed a bunch of stuff we needed them to take from last week. Call them, you will be happy to did.

I remember their commercial and they are advertising now around Milwaukee, but I didn't like. They quoted me a price which wasn't real cheap for hauling two things away. And I hauled it out of my basement with my brother in law all the way to the curb and felt like I was charged to much, and just wasn't a happy feeling. I wouldn't use them again because of the price. They hauled two small appliances and we took them to the curb. Their price was too much. They didn't. Originally I didn't know what the price was, and I filled out the thing after they hauled it away and that is when I found out how much the price was. I already had hauled it out of my basement to the curb and all they had to do was put it on their truck. For ten feet of work that is a lot of money. They were pretty responsive.

Josh and Dustin were out to help me again, these guys are a treasure! They are so fast and so nice I would recommend them to anyone. I can always count on this company to be on time, with a great price and fantastic service. It is not pleasant work but they are so good natured and very, very helpful.

The total price ended up being $678.00 (a bit higher than the guestimate). That's a lot of money. That being said, I also think they have a great service for someone who needs to get rid of a few things here and there. Or for anyone who is not physically able to get rid of a sofa or a bunch of miscelaneous boxes. Personally, I think we would have been better off renting a dumpster, but I went the lazy route and went with the first idea we had. Again, nothing but nice things to say about the service, I just think it wasnt the route we should have taken this time. We would use this service again if we only had one or two items for pick up.

It was okay. He was timely and efficient. They did what they told us too.

We had 13 years of paper and other office stuff (including computer hardware) plus disassembling and taking away a two person cubicle. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism. We had them back twice over two weeks. Our office is being painted and re carpeted and we had tons of stuff we had to get rid of. They were great - I will always use them when I need this type of service.

I don't think this was a good deal for the size of the truck. The space that I paid for was kind of small. I feel like if I would paid regular price it would have been really costly. I would not hire them again for regular pricing. They came and picked up some old furniture and some junk that was in our garage.

I'm Mrs. Kufel. They were great and very accommodating to my schedule. I was doing it on my lunch break so they worked really fast, were nice, friendly and just got the job done.
