Art is friendly and professional. He responded promptly and addressed any questions we had. He uses common sense and very willing to do what it takes to get the job done right. Very good communication so there were no misunderstandings.

Art did such an amazing job. He came in within a few days of our initial contact, gave me his honest opinion of what it would take and how long it would take. He gave me a price that he would not exceed but could potentially come in under, which I really thought was great because unlike the average estimate I knew exactly what the maximum dollar amount I would be spending allowing me to easily budget for the work. As far as the actual work, he started just days after giving the estimate, and started right in on the work. By the end of the first day which involved a lot of drywall/mud sanding to get to the bottom of someone elses poor job, he already had my appreciation because it look so much better and he wasn't even close to done. All in all, he was here for three days and each day he came in and did great work. He would take a minute to chat with me but was always professional and sure to get done what he expected to get done in that day. Art always cleaned up after himself before leaving so that we could easily go about our lives around his work in progress. With the job done I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, not to mention he came in well under the estimated dollar amount. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to have a job done and done right for the right price.

Art was on time, stayed on task, kept us informed on where he was at on the project and what his plans were. Finished as scheduled.

Windows were measured and ordered two days after I contacted provider for a quote. Windows were promptly ordered and arrived at location as scheduled. Demo and install went quickly. Very pleased with the product recommended and services provided. All areas were picked up and kept clean thru out the job. Great job!!

Art is great. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. He completely gutted the bathroom, removed a partial wall, moved another wall back to add additional space for a much larger vanity, replaced a window, floor molding and installed a ceiling fan/light vented up thru the roof. He did not provide the sink/vanity but was very helpful in guiding me on how to order for the correct measurements. He coordinated the plumber and electrician and they too were very good. It is an old house and when they started tearing down the old plaster walls and hard wood floor, they found a mess of tangled electrical issues and old plumbing. The electrician showed us the problems, rewired everything and was in and out so fast we hardly had a chance to thank him. As for the plumbing, in addition to the new tub/shower combo, we ended up replacing all of the old waterlines from the 2nd floor bathroom all the way to the basement. The plumber was not always very timely and was lax in returning our calls but he did a good job. As for Art, he was there every step of the way and had the entire bathroom complete in less than a week. I have no hesitation in recommending Art Young and look forward to working with him again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen.
