Window World of Wausau

For the most part, they did a good job. We have one window that isn't working quite right. We have to see how good they're going to be about coming back. The workers were very nice. They left the area clean before they left. I would refer them to a friend.

The work went Great, Window World came and measured and required 1/2 down for deposit. The salesman was prompt and did a great job making sure I understood what I was purchasing and did not pressure me in the sale. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. The windows are custom made and took about 5 weeks for delivery. The morning of install the worker was prompt and polite. He went through the process with me verbally, double checked the measurements and proceeded to install our windows in a short time. He cleaned up after himself, and walked me through how the windows work including how to clean them and move the screens. I can't believe how well they insulate noises like a lawn mower. I can't wait to see how they do in the winter. I will be calling this provider again to replace more windows in the near future.

They were very professional. Came and did the job. Cleaned up mess and left. We would definitely use them again.

If it were up to me, they would've been hired for the window project I was coordinating. Another company was chosen because they also do remodeling. This house is very old and needs work inside and out. So the home owner decided it would be best to work with just one company. Wausau Window World was extremely knowledgable and their prices were very affordable. They even called to check to see if I had any questions about the estimation and window replacement process. If your having a hard time choosing a window company, stop here and give them a call.

I was looking for someone to install glassblock window and a door in the basement. The person I spoke to said they only install what they sell, and since I had purchased on my own........ BUT, then she said that they had a subcontractor that she could give my phone number to, which she did. He called and came over on the same day. He will install this weekend. Installer was great.

They did a lot of extra work and didn't over-charge for the added services.
