Description of Work: Needed squirrel removed from attic. They said they could not do it without also doing a complete rodent-proofing (including mice) of entire house including garage. Minimum price was $1511, and then he tried to sell me attic insulation. Got much more effective and reasonably priced service from a local operator.

Description of Work: Their services are over priced for us. We have minor issues with spiders and ladybugs in the spring and fall. They have one price for all situations and their pricing is built to force customers to annual contracts (the price for a single treatment is essentially the same or higher than their 4 visit annual contract pricing).

Description of Work: They come on a quarterly basis. We had a severe problem with Asian ladybugs inside and outside. We haven't had a problem since. Also, as part of their customer service agreement, they will come for no charge if you have a problem in between your regular treatments.

+ -1 morePreviously we used Terminix. We used them three months ago. They charged us around $99 and $110 for a year. I had some type of deal they were offering at the time. They were great. They were on time, prompt. And fulfilled their contract. Any problems I had they were good about taking care of. I had a bill or two lost in the mail after the move and they were very understanding about that. They were very good to deal with.
