Description of Work: After my last carpet cleaning a large area was bleached out on my carpet and they denied any responsibility and would not cover the losses.

Description of Work: They were very prompt and were in & out within 2 hours (5 rooms of carpet cleaned). My house smells wonderful even a month later. I won't hesitate to have Stanley Steamer clean them again.

+ -1 moreThey fit me in when I really needed it. They were average. I guess, you can't expect for it go get back to looking as new. My living room looks lived in. They did that around Christmas time.

+ -1 moreI'll be having another company come out and have them redo the carpets.
Description of Work: cleaned a bedroom, main hallway with 5 steps and entryway rug. The cleaning was a quick run through with a steamer. No extra effort to try and get a spot out. The edges of the carpet were all dry. When cleaning the steps, the noses were never touched (thats the round very edge of the step). No extra effort put into where the rise and the run meet of the steps either. Like I said a quick run through no extra effort to get a stain out. I do a better job with my Bissel. At least I get the stain out and the very edges of the carpet get done too.
