+ -1 moreInside Ken applies the liquid insecticide around the basebords. He explained to me not to wash it off when mopping the floor right away. Whenever there is a problem, Ken comes out right away. He is very reliable and reasonable.
Description of Work: I had noticed large ants under a flagstone stairway in our backyard. I called Ken. He came the next morning and applied powder to that location and also around the borders of our lawn. He explained to me that the ants will venture out, pick up some of this powder and carry it back to their anthill. There the other ants willd eat that and eventually the entire ant population will be eliminated. During the rest of the year Ken comes out once a month to bait small rodent traps. In the spring Ken applies a liquid insecticide on the inside and outside of the house. We have had a yearly service contract with Ken since 2008. Our house has been bug and rodent free since then. Ken uses natural products that are totally safe for pets and children.

+ -1 moreWe started using Sniper for the advantage of having a pest control product that is safe for our children. We have a five year old and seven year old and all other pest control services use harmful chemicals that can harm your children and pets. We enjoy knowing we can have the security of not being exposed to harmful cancer causing substances sprayed right in our own home yet still handling the pest! Don't we have enough pollutants we can't conrol in life then to have to worrry about adding our own to our home.
Description of Work: He usually starts with our outdoor traps to bate and set up mouse and rat traps, which I like not having to store the poison for these traps in our home just in case the kids would get into it. Then he ends by checking for bee hives and spraying along the base of the house for other bugs. Usually you just have a nice peppermint sent which is the composition of the spray he uses.
